“Always like going to a store that has good prices and coupons. This store was clean and clear. Usually these type of stores are cluttered and the aisles are blocked. Not this one, it was nice walking up and down the aisles looking for what I needed and more. The lady that helped me was very friendly and accommodating. Even though they had the new register system some coupons were not ringing up, even when clipped in the app. She tried getting it to work too no avail. However, she did put it in manually. Thank you Dollar General. Oh by the way... Their Saturday sales are Bomb.”
“I use this store a lot. The produce is always fresh and their meats are always top quality. When I get fried chicken or chicken tenders I always get them here because they've got the best tasting batter of any grocery store in Rio Rancho. They have great sales and their liquor department is well stocked. Also I have never had to wait long on help when needed.”

“Been buying gas here for over 10 years and never had a problem. Motorcycle, old carbureted truck - both sensitive to bad gas. So much trouble elsewhere this is now the only place I will fill up my motorcycle.”
“Usually well stocked, and if they're not, it's a supply line issue. There are several cashiets that are worth their weight in gold and they are the ones I'll willingly wait in line for.”
“We live in ABQ but we purposely drive to Rio Rancho to do our shopping, mostly because the people here are nicer. We shopped at Albertsons today and I especially wanted to complement the deli section at having such an awesome array of food. They say that you shouldn't shop when you are hungry well I wasn't even hungry and wanted to buy almost everything. The best were the onion rings (and the potato wedges). My wife had a hankering for rings and we tried several fast food places and we were disappointed every time. Who knew that the best onion rings were at Albertsons?”
“Smith's is where I fuel up and save money using bonus points from grocery shopping. The service station is well maintained and has an attendant for most of the day.”

“As busy at is was, the aisles were clear, and the shelves shoppable. All items were priced, and I was greeted by an associate immediately upon entering. There were options for self check out, or a cashier, and all the employees were very friendly. I will return to this store, as it's right across the street from where I live.”

“Smith's Market & Pharmacy are top notch. Been going there since I moved to Rio Rancho over 26 years ago. Market selection are typically always in stock, and of course their meat & poultry selection is the best in all of New Mexico for chain markets.Known staff there for years and know us by our first names now, you don't see that at other MarketsI started to switch my Rx's to Smith's I Pharmacy recently from Walgreens and its like night & day with excellent service. Example, waiting over 1.5 hours in the dr8ve thru line with 9 cars in front to pick up a couple of Rx's at Walgreens only to to get 1/2 one filled, and the 2nd one was still in process even though my Dr. called it in at 9am and I stopped by around 9:00pm to pick up. Inside the pick up desk is just as bad. Sent my first 2 new Rx's and I was able to pick up both in less than 1 hour. No lines or wait. I know due to Covid and staff shortages it would be great if they had at least a drive through 24 hours but still, I'll take 1 hour over 2 hours only to get a partial refill. Plus getting a pharmacist on the phone was easy & quick.Great service all around.”
“User friendly.. We'll organized, a couple of times and it's easy to find thing I need even on my own. I went back on Christmas Eve and found the opposite.. customers were not allowed in at 645 because they were closing early, people who were there kept hearing remind ers about early closing while employees were rushing to get people out. 2 different days and totally different experience.”

“My compliments to the tire center. Namely Harold, he really helped me out. My son's tire had a huge crack in it. We were in a pinch and needed a tire asap . Harold was able to hold a tire for me until I got there and made sure his techs could get the tire on the rim as it was close to his end of his shift. Harold went the extra mile to help me out. “Great local Mercado! Bought a few sacks of green chili- it was affordable & they roasted it for me right on the spot. Great flavor & heat! I love their Jerky Loco- my favorite flavors are hot cheeto & green chili garlic. They have great customer service & their new Cocina has the best red chili!”
