The staff is very friendly, I go at least once a day, sometimes two--have never had a bad interaction. It's clean, easy to navigate and kept very stocked. They have some of the best produce and meat in Rio Rancho. Flower department is always full and so beautiful.

“I shopped at this location lastnight and the entire staff was so helpful every single associate offered assistance and was so polite. I was looking for several items and different associates helped me look for each item and were so genuinely helpful! It is rare to have this much kindness and help now a days and I appreciate the customer service I received. The store was very clean and organized.”

“Has a drive-thru that’s easy to access, yay! Transferred from closer store (but parking was a mess, had to walk in & pharmacists were rude). This location was helpful in transferring my prescriptions & will voluntarily check other locations if your med is out of stock. Recommend!”

“Been stopping in here sporadically for years, and it's always been a fast and easy experience, so I am giving it 5 stars.
But someone should tell the old man who just gave me a dirty look for walking inside that it's not MY fault it's raining. And maybe if there was a rug on the INSIDE of the door and not just the soaking wet one OUTSIDE that I wouldn't have had to step on the floor he was mopping with wet shoes. Like seriously? Was I supposed to take them off or...?”
“This store had everything for back to school and the kids were able to try on clothes to make sure everything fit. We were there @ 10:00 pm and the changing rooms were still open because the associates were so busy sorting and putting away clothing and they kept the changing rooms open later than 9:00 p.m. thank goodness. Thank you so much for helping us find everything we needed.”

“El Paisano is our favorite Mexican market in Rio Rancho. It is always an easy stop for us during the work week, especially when our team needs our jerky fix.
They have a great market, and they even have an amazing little restaurant in the back, which makes it even more worth visiting. The lemon jerky is easily the most beloved by our team, followed closely by the red chile.”
