“After a god-awful experience, with Audio Express here in Santa Fe, Mark at Super Sounds did an AMAZING job of fixing the mess created by AE and was a total pleasure to work with. He was a consummate professional and his customer service should be an example for the downstream service provided by Audio Express management and staff. Hats of to Mark doing it right and treating his customers with respect, not disdain!”

“My husband just learned why Target is referred to as Tar-sjé. Yes! It's more expensive than most stores in this category. That said, I feel it deserves its accolades. The clothes, for starters — higher quality and choices. The shoe department often has great finds. I purchased a pair of $40 rubber boots that are just as amazing as a pricier brand. Love my rubber boots! Got them just before it snowed in Louisiana & our home in Santa Fe. Kept my toes dry and warm. At Christmas, I think their ornament collection is beautiful. I know I like hittin' up Target's Black Friday sale. For groceries and items in this category, I'm back to Target's competition. Who doesn't love Target?! I got some cute Valentine's Day gifts. Great selection of fun!”

“What wonderful customer service at T-Mobile On Saint Michael’s Srive in Santa Fe! John and Diego teamed up to serve two of us with new phones and iPads with keyboards. Not only were they professional and kind, but they also went the extra mile to ensure every step that needed to be completed was done before we left the store with our new products. They found promotions, rebates, and product deals for us that exceeded our expectations. They easily.won our business from Verizon. We are completely satisfied, have a plan that will cost only a few more dollars, but includes two additional devices! T-Mobile provides us better coverage, customer service, and devices. You can’t go wrong with the T-Mobile on Saint Michael’s Drive in Santa Fe. Ask for John or Diego!”

“I thought I lost my ID here on Christmas Eve Eve and went back on Christmas Eve- obviously an insanely busy time of year. The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”

“I came in on 7/24/26 and was greeted by Laura who helped me look for a phone case and helped me obtain WiFi for my home. It was a long process as I had entered my key information incorrectly and she had to place a couple of calls to the AT&T /Credit Department. She also had the support of her supervisor who was a great help along the way . I was always Laura’s priority, as well as to others who walked in the door and she was so polite to them as well. I was happy when we got word of the approval.. Thank you Laura for being sweet, awesome and extremely patient. Also, I love my Cricket phone plan and would highly recommend as I’ve never had issues and love the extremely reasonable monthly payment . Stop by the Cricket store off St Michael’s drive in Santa Fe. I highly recommend them and I will tell all my friends the awesome service I have received.”

“I’ve been using the leader tape extenders from Sierra Electronics for a few months now. The quality is consistent, the adhesive holds perfectly, and I haven’t had a single feeder jam since switching to them. Shipping was fast, and the customer service team was quick to help when I had a question about compatibility. Definitely sticking with these for all future runs.”

“I moved here from out-of-state and needed to have my 70" flat screen TV installed. I left behind a built-in sound system, so needed some options for sound in my new home. Working with Eric was a pleasure. On his first visit, he installed the TV (and helped with the satellite hookup - see below) and we discussed sound options. TV installation included mounting it on the wall, hiding the wires behind the plaster, and connecting the TV to the electronics - we used two floor speakers, a sub-woofer and a receiver that I brought with me. (The floor speakers were not previously part of my TV system). Eric came back a week later and installed the mid-range speaker I ordered through him. The system works beautifully. In the process, I came to appreciate that Eric knows equipment and its capabilities - he balanced the sound masterfully; and he is very detail oriented. Equipment is precisely laid out and aligned. Great customer focus and service. His knowledge of the various mid-range speakers available was impressive - wall mounted, ceiling mounted, or table top. With respect to satellite hookup, Eric introduced us to Digital Satellite Systems de Santa Fe, run by Bill and Pam Brightwell. They are responsive, prompt, and very knowledgeable. They were able to drop by while Eric was doing the installation, so in the course of one morning, we went from discussing satellite options to having a working system. (Previous home owner left current model satellite we could connect to; Bill/Pam had DirectTV cable box on their truck). Their quality of service and knowledge is commensurate and a great complement to Eric of EZ TV Install. I would recommend Eric and EZ TV Install without reservation - he is a consummate professional. I would also recommend the Brightwells and Digital Satellite Systems de Santa Fe. The in-home customer service is unbeatable.”

“I was very happy with the service that I received at Verizon today. Matthew is the best worker there he deserves recognition for his attention to detail professionalism and kindness. It is not often that you see the hard work and dedication that Matthew demonstrated today. He provided the most exceptional service that gave me hope he helped me tremendously because my previous carrier was giving me issues, and my biggest fear was that I was going to lose my number and access to my socials permanently and the transfer process already started but just as I suspected there was a blockage after talking to Matthew about it he got to the bottom of it, and was steadfast in making sure that my number would be preserved the transfer was successful thanks to him and now I have access to all of my important accounts. He is a true life saver and I am forever grateful for his outstanding service. I will be Matthew’s customer for life”
