“I thought I lost my ID here on Christmas Eve Eve and went back on Christmas Eve- obviously an insanely busy time of year. The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”

“The Target at Santa Fe was overall a good one on 2/17/2024. My daughters wanted to pick out a few clothes for some upcoming events they have for school. We came here at around 9AM. Not many folks were shopping at this time which was nice especially for parking. The fitting rooms were really nice. The lady working here was the only employee that assisted us. We scored a few cool pieces at affordable prices. Only the self-checkout was available. Pretty lame. Other than that, I'd go here again.”

“I moved here from out-of-state and needed to have my 70" flat screen TV installed. I left behind a built-in sound system, so needed some options for sound in my new home. Working with Eric was a pleasure. On his first visit, he installed the TV (and helped with the satellite hookup - see below) and we discussed sound options. TV installation included mounting it on the wall, hiding the wires behind the plaster, and connecting the TV to the electronics - we used two floor speakers, a sub-woofer and a receiver that I brought with me. (The floor speakers were not previously part of my TV system). Eric came back a week later and installed the mid-range speaker I ordered through him. The system works beautifully. In the process, I came to appreciate that Eric knows equipment and its capabilities - he balanced the sound masterfully; and he is very detail oriented. Equipment is precisely laid out and aligned. Great customer focus and service. His knowledge of the various mid-range speakers available was impressive - wall mounted, ceiling mounted, or table top. With respect to satellite hookup, Eric introduced us to Digital Satellite Systems de Santa Fe, run by Bill and Pam Brightwell. They are responsive, prompt, and very knowledgeable. They were able to drop by while Eric was doing the installation, so in the course of one morning, we went from discussing satellite options to having a working system. (Previous home owner left current model satellite we could connect to; Bill/Pam had DirectTV cable box on their truck). Their quality of service and knowledge is commensurate and a great complement to Eric of EZ TV Install. I would recommend Eric and EZ TV Install without reservation - he is a consummate professional. I would also recommend the Brightwells and Digital Satellite Systems de Santa Fe. The in-home customer service is unbeatable.”

My coverage is better than Verizon's, and as good as my former AT&T phone. 2) Service: People at the store have been unfailingly polite and helpful. The proof? Just got a new XR ($749) on a 36-month plan (which means that it is free).”
