“Amazing experience, go to this store on Main St!! Rico went above and beyond in everything he did. He helped me get a new phone with awesome discounts and to change to family plan. He generously stayed an 1.5 hour past closing time to take care of all the details, and he helped my parents navigate step by step via FaceTime how to add me to their family plan. My parents were very thankful for his kindness, patience and extra effort. Rico found discounts, which took extra time and work on his end, but he was so patient and helpful. You can tell Rico really cares about his customers. I also noticed him going above and beyond to the customer before me, he was also very patient and helpful in getting things settled for that customer. In addition, I noticed all the other employees were very kind and patient with their customers too. Again, choose this Verizon store on Main St! Thank you Rico!!”

“I thought I lost my ID here on Christmas Eve Eve and went back on Christmas Eve- obviously an insanely busy time of year. The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”

“I came in on 7/24/26 and was greeted by Laura who helped me look for a phone case and helped me obtain WiFi for my home. It was a long process as I had entered my key information incorrectly and she had to place a couple of calls to the AT&T /Credit Department. She also had the support of her supervisor who was a great help along the way . I was always Laura’s priority, as well as to others who walked in the door and she was so polite to them as well. I was happy when we got word of the approval.. Thank you Laura for being sweet, awesome and extremely patient. Also, I love my Cricket phone plan and would highly recommend as I’ve never had issues and love the extremely reasonable monthly payment . Stop by the Cricket store off St Michael’s drive in Santa Fe. I highly recommend them and I will tell all my friends the awesome service I have received.”

“I was very happy with the service that I received at Verizon today. Matthew is the best worker there he deserves recognition for his attention to detail professionalism and kindness. It is not often that you see the hard work and dedication that Matthew demonstrated today. He provided the most exceptional service that gave me hope he helped me tremendously because my previous carrier was giving me issues, and my biggest fear was that I was going to lose my number and access to my socials permanently and the transfer process already started but just as I suspected there was a blockage after talking to Matthew about it he got to the bottom of it, and was steadfast in making sure that my number would be preserved the transfer was successful thanks to him and now I have access to all of my important accounts. He is a true life saver and I am forever grateful for his outstanding service. I will be Matthew’s customer for life”

Another reason to select Elite Reviews Only . I received good service, wonderful selections at reasonable prices. Pharmacy service was very prompt. Self checkout was easy, showing ID for alcoholic items. BTW: you can buy all hard liquor at Walmart any day and time, except Sunday!Minus One star for no bags! What's up with running out of bags?”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint is they may need more staff at one time when it's busy, but the people there try their hardest to get to everyone. Also the T-Mobile cell service in Santa Fe is a million times better than Verizon. Fast and reliable all over town. I also get better service with T-Mobile in Los Alamos and Albuquerque.”
