I walked out with two new phones and information as to what I needed to have my girlfriend's mother and grandpa added to our account. “Ok when first started plan. But know the want to charge you to use the bathroom. O hold on they don't even have that!! When buying a phone make sure the internal memory has 16gs before you buy. As I was not told when purchase made and phone could not updated!!!! Now charge me to walk in and pay??? What the hell is that??? Buyer beware!!!”

“I thought I lost my ID here on Christmas Eve Eve and went back on Christmas Eve- obviously an insanely busy time of year. The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”

“Gotta say that I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Specifically-- 1) Coverage: We've had T-mobile for 2 years now here in Santa Fe. My coverage is better than Verizon's, and as good as my former AT&T phone. 2) Service: People at the store have been unfailingly polite and helpful. The proof? Just got a new XR ($749) on a 36-month plan (which means that it is free).”

“Typical Walmart. We Elites Don't get the low ratings from some reviewers: Maybe they'd never been to a Walmart? My better guess is they have personal axes to grind. Another reason to select Elite Reviews Only . I received good service, wonderful selections at reasonable prices. Pharmacy service was very prompt. Self checkout was easy, showing ID for alcoholic items. BTW: you can buy all hard liquor at Walmart any day and time, except Sunday!Minus One star for no bags! What's up with running out of bags?”

“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. The screw or nail puncture was repaired. Nice. Dave in Santa Fe, NM”
