“Simple advice: If you want to get your T-Mobile new/revised service, just insist on seeing CAT. Seriously, I purchased 6-lines from her last week, all but one had to be transferred from ATT. Not an easy task. That woman is both extremely knowledgeable and persistent in getting it done, no matter the complexity (or ridiculousness of other carriers refusing to making it easy...even for unlocked phones).
If CAT is not available, ask for Nikki, her asst manager. Both are top drawer PROs.”

“I want to share my experience because I got the best customer service yesterday 3/10/2026. We went in about 6:30 p. - desperate because my Moto G phone stopped working. After being on the phone with cricket customer service for over an hour and trying to fix the problem with several codes to no avail, this guy was able to fix my problem fairly quickly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I'm sorry to say that I didn't get his name. Anyhow, great experience. Give him a raise.”
