“Gotta give credit when credit is due let’s all be honest here. Verizon is on the expensive side of the mobile carriers but they do have amazing offers like iPhone Pro, Max and Free I watch with it. How do you beat something like that ? when you walk into one of their stores you know you are in a premium store they actually have the device you want in the color that you want and they’re not telling you order it online to get that price they make it happen the manager, Mike S absolute standup guy and does everything to make sure you walk out with what you actually wanted none of what you didn’t no pressure sale and a boatload of product knowledge and experience but if you’re not looking for all that special stuff, how about this he’s super fast and knows what he’s talking about !!!”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Verizon store on Middle Neck Road thanks to Rouben. Honestly, I was extremely frustrated and fully ready to switch companies, but he completely changed my experience. He was patient, understanding, and actually took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns instead of rushing me.
What impressed me the most was how dedicated he was to helping resolve my issues. The store closed at 8 PM, yet Rouben stayed with me until almost 10 PM making calls and working through everything to make sure it was fully resolved. I have never had anyone at any phone company go that far for me before, and I was honestly very surprised and grateful.
Rouben was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly values his customers. Because of him, I will never go to another Verizon store again. I recommend him 1000% to anyone looking for honest, exceptional customer service. He is truly the absolute best.”

Update: It is now 3 years later and we are purchasing new devices with Joe again and the service was still exceptional. Joseph gave us all our options and did not push and that is what we love the most about him. We purchased 2 new phones and an iPad from him and he made sure to spend the time with us to see we were signed back in to all our accounts. Joseph is a tremendous asset to Verizon. We were very great full for his time he spent with us.”

She took care of everything that day and helped me with any questions I had after I received the phones and began setting them up.
