“This place is great! Roberto was excellent and helped revive my phone that was essentially dead in a functional sense. He was able to resolve the issue in a matter of 20 minutes. Prior to this visit, I spent hours on the phone with customer service where not able to do anything remotely helpful like Roberto was able to do. I really appreciate the care and mindfulness of the staff there and would recommend this place for phone issues in a heartbeat.”

“Stopped by the Fresh Meadows spectrum store to take advantage on the mobile plans that they have. I wanted to find out if switching over my 4 lines was worth it. Thankfully one of the employees named Ty was there to help us. I took a while, but that was expected since I had to change over 4 lines. This guy and the staff for this store was so awesome. Ty was even scheduled for his break and refused to go on break until the process was completed. If your thinking about switching over or even for your home service thuis branch is the place to go. The staff are nice, genuine and caring. Ty rocks!!!!!!”

I was lucky the parts they needed were available. I'm sure it normally isn't that quick, but James hooked me up. Phone like brand new.”
