“I had a fantastic experience at T-Mobile thanks to Jay and the entire team. Before heading to the store, I called to confirm they had the product I needed, and Jay quickly verified everything for me. She also explained that even though I was a business client, I could still complete the transaction in-store, which made the process much easier.
So me and my service dog took a stroll into the store, and the entire staff welcomed us with open arms — although I think my dog may have gotten the most attention! ?
Jay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She immediately understood what I needed, got everything sorted quickly, and clearly explained everything I needed to know to get my service up and running properly. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
I’m very happy with the service I received and truly appreciate Jay’s professionalism and excellent customer care. T-Mobile is lucky to have her on the team!

“All I was going to do was discuss an issue that I was having with my bill and leave, instead I met a business woman, by the name of Lynn Serrano. She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase. I was planning to stay no longer than 10 minutes but ended up staying for an hour. Think about that. Amazing customer service, very sweet, skilled and well spoken. 10/10.”

“Have been a T-mobile customer seen 2003, Yes, over 22 years.
I was gonna to give up on T-mobile and go to a different carrier. Until, I walk in E.174St store in The Bronx. First of all it's very clean, shout out to the manger and staff there for keeping the store up. My experience was with Yali, I believe that's a part of her name. I'm an older man I'm not up on the new upgrade system.
She's took her time to explain to me what's was wrong with my phone and why I was getting extra charges and she's help with more space to my iCloud. I have the 14pro and basically
Yali said Mr. Shine it's maybe time for an upgrade. lol
She's showed me my options. So with that's been said, I was coming into the store paying my last bill with T-mobile instead getting an upgrade to the 17ProMax.
