Note that I’m a regular customer here and I always tip 25%-30% for the past year.

I told them that my dog’s haircut was uneven but they didn’t offer to correct this mistake. Take a look at the picture ?. This is absolutely crazy for a haircut mistake on a regular customer.

I also clearly booked grooming for my golden retriever but they didn’t even ask me what I wanted when I brought her in. They immediately started working on the golden and failed to communicate with me. Now, I need to find a different groomer to actually cut their hair.

Very good ices, Got the coconut. It was a very big line , there was only one young lady working, she looked very pale like if she was going to pass out, understandable since it was a very long line and hot. This Women asked for a sample, and then walked out saying the cashier was rude, there was no sign of disrespect. She was going to get the sample but later claimed saying she “rolled her eyes”. She was just getting her gloves to get her the sample, the customer was rude, not the cashier. She was very helpful towards us when we were deciding our flavors.
