“Watch for deals. Good place to buy things on sale or on clearance. Becarful though if you use kohls cash and return it, they take that kohls cash and refund is low. So make sure you only use your kohls cash knowing that you will not return the item!”
“My wife and I love this store. You can get just about anything in here. The clothes are amazing. Even have plus size clothing so my wife can feel and dress beautiful too. They have a big and tall men’s section for her family members that are in that range. They have sections for every size including new born babies. They have shoes, housewares, home decor, perfumes and colognes, They have toys for kids of all ages. There is literally something for everyone. Plus they have Layaway. Which is Fantastic because who offers that anymore these days. That is exceptional in our opinion. We have a reward card which we love. You should go check them out. We go to the one on Dick Rd in Depew/Cheektowaga. We highly recommend them. Their prices are excellent too.”

“This is my second favorite place to shop, the first being a sister Store, Marshalls. This store always has the best Dory and purses. I like their selection of men’s clothes better than Marshalls. Here you can find clothes for men, women, and children. Even pets! They have nice size fitting rooms and many of them. And even a bathroom if you stay there as long as I do to go shopping. The workers are very friendly except I hate being asked if I want a credit card every time I check out. Lol.”

“Service was outrageously slow the last time I came in. I'm not trying to be ageist but 2 elderly cashiers working at a snail's pace 1 chatting away with a customer. The manager I can tell trains them to put returned items away between customers but there was literally 12 people waiting to cash out. CEO of TK Maxx needs to be less greedy and hire more people so 1 person can take care of the returned items and others can cash people out. It's alright to chitchat but not when you have 12 people waiting. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and how can you beat the prices?
Edit: They obviously fired those ladies and Marshalls now has prompt customer service and is a lot cleaner. I returned today and my mum and I were cashed out by James O. who was wonderful”
“Shopping in store is so much more fun than shopping online! We love to go there to find and try new items! There’s always something special for everyone and for the home. Great way to treat visiting relatives while at the mall by surprising them with a new outfit.”

“I went into on Friday Dec 19 for a insert flange nut. Darrell looked for me but nothing available. As I continued to shop Darrell came back to me to tell me he had found it online at home Depot. I asked where the closest home Depot was because I am new to Fort Erie and he told me Niagara Falls. I went on shopping and Darrell came back to me that Rona has them listed online and I could check there. Above and beyond customer service. Truly appreciated. Thank you Darrell.”

“For over a couple of years now, I generally have not stepped foot in a grocery store ... I LOVE THE PICK-UP! I was picking up at Walmart on Transit in Williamsville/Clarence for most of that time, which is the most convenient location for me. But a few months ago they abruptly stopped pick-up services due to staffing shortages. This would not do, as I do a grocery pickup for our family of four nearly every week. So I quickly reset my online cart to this Transit Depew location, which thankfully has never had an interruption in their pick-up service. Once I started coming to this Walmart for grocery pick-up, even though it is a little farther of a drive for me, I haven't stopped. The quality of the pick-up service here is far better than the Transit Williamsville/Clarence service. The staff is much friendlier, and they take an extra minute to put your items more carefully in bags (if you bring your own bags), compared to the other Walmart that at times would ignore my bags and just chuck things in haphazardly. Sure, it isn't perfect bagging here, they are still on a timer, but it is at least adequate and very friendly. Plus they are more careful with leak'ables, bagging any cleaning products or other bottles in plastic first. Also, I never have to wait very long here for my pick-up order to come out, versus the other Walmart I had to wait over and hour a few times! Here my order is usually out in ten minutes or less from the time I check-in, on occasion a bit longer, but never over an hour wait. And overall I think this Walmart has a better variety of the kinds of products my family uses. We are all vegetarian, some vegan, some keto, and I think the plant-based and keto products here are more abundant than at the other store. It has been great trying new things, many of which have become regulars now in my pickup shopping repertoire here. And, like any Walmart, you really can't beat the prices on a lot of things. As grocery prices go up-up-up, yes, sadly Walmart's prices have gone up too. But comparatively to other grocery stores, Walmart generally still has everyone beat. So for the convenience and the savings, I will continue to regularly use this Walmart's pick-up service indefinitely. It is a really wonderful service for our busy fam', thanks so much for offering this FREE and FANTASTIC pick-up perk to your shoppers!”

“Great bartenders, cheap drinks and everyone is friendly here. They host events open to the public usually once a month with live bands. They also have fish fry Fridays from 4-8 every Friday that are delicious. Would definitely recommend.”

Doritos Dynamite was all gone except for one single piece so we got it(thankfully as it was a long drive for us!) Staff at the check out counter was a nice lady! “Love their pizza after they made that transition... what was it... a year? two? ago? Seems like a year but is probably way longer. I appreciate the sizes considering I'm usually ordering just for myself and the small is PERFECT. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I think it's nice (albeit embarrassinig given it must indicate how frequent I go) they know my order by heart, lol. If you're looking for something different try: crust, olive oil base, ricotta, shredded mozz and light broccoli. Divine!”
