They have some of the best nuts I’ve ever tried (especially their roasted almonds and cashews), huge fan of the Turkish apricots and their figs are always soft. They have a great selection of spices, Ayurvedic medicines, and grains & legumes. I also buy their rotis and love making wraps with them. As a home cook they stock my kitchen! And the staff are always very helpful, if you’re looking for something in particular or have an ailment that you need a remedy for.”

A local gem that needs to be experienced to be believed…what they do is akin culinary alchemy…fusing ingredients in new and tantalizing ways, such as salmon arancini and a delectable focaccia sammy stuffed with greens, ricotta and these marvelous tiny yet crunchy mushrooms (just naming only two of the amazing concoctions I’ve personally sampled amidst a myriad of other incredible offerings!!)…you’ll “umm” and “ooo” with every bite!! Their chief “Wizardress” Paige brings a level of artistry you don’t often see on a “storefront” level and it’s yet another great NYC institution that needs to be patronized and supported lest our fair Gotham degenerates into a massive “Panera-bucks”!! “First of all, I'd like to say, no poultry supplier ( that I know of anyway) compares in quality of product to D'artagnan. Others don't even come close. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for - the best. My wife & I just picked up 2 D'artagnan ducks from Queens Natural Meats again. Beautiful, tasty, natural. We ordered them over the phone and they had them waiting for us the next day. Their service is friendly, the place is clean and pleasant with a variety of top quality products - many of which can't be found anywhere near here. We love having this business in our neighborhood.”

“More space and brighter, compared to their previous location which was very tight. Still a small store so can find needs but not an extensive variety. There's a rewards card which can earn you $20 discount after 100 stamps (1 stamp per $10 purchase). Tip: if you forgot your rewards card, have your receipt stamped and bring it back the next time to be added to your card. Helpful staff. Have been enjoying the riceballs from here - less than $3 each. Seaweed wrapper is separate until ready to eat. Haven't tried their other cooked food items.”

“I loved visiting this store for the environmental aspect. Packaged products are an epidemic throughout our country and Precycle helps to solve this issue. The truth is that so many people are used to packaged products that stores like Precycle will likely be rare. “(4.3/5 rating) so I tried their cheese only quesadilla, Al pastor taco & carnitas tostada. Their cheese quesadilla was my fav. Super cheesy with the green picante (spicy sauce) on point. The Al pastor taco was was on point - I could’ve ate like 3 more of them! The carnitas tostada was okay. Wouldn’t really get carnitas again. I think the al pastor meat was way better! They also have the option to order directly from their website for pick up which I love ! No fees and it was ready on time. Prices are affordable! Worth a try !”

“Honestly my FAVORITE place in the neighborhood. I usually come here for breakfast because their breakfast burritos are ? but my go to is the cheddar chive sausage biscuit!! They also have vegan options, and over all just healthy snacks and meals! It’s always stocked up with the cutest accessories and bits of home decor too. It’s a safe space and one that I will treasure forever ?”

The man behind the counter now is quiet but cordial. Glad to have another go-to for coffee and a great bite of food. And their grocery section is chock full of great pastries, pasta, sauces, and more.”

I got the chicken Ceasar wrap and when I tell you, each bite always has a little of everything :) the croutons are crunchy, the dressing isn't too heavy- honestly, just right. And the customer service I received today was top tier! Do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich, wrap, panini etc from here- well worth it!!”

“Wow what a small but mighty store. Great selection of produce and a ton of bulk offerings. Bulk olive oil and canola oil, kombucha, spices, a ton of different dried fruits and nuts and flours. Friendly and welcoming staff! It seems they discount and even make their past best by dates perishables free, love to see it. Not sure if I can see myself joining but might be worth it for the bulk supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, and various soaps as well as the food items mentioned above. 3 word summary: Organic, local, affordable”

“After hearing so much about this spot, was treated by a friend to some vegetarian momos, veggie samosas, and a mango lassi. I’ve had momos once before and didn’t enjoy, but these definitely changed my view for the better. I was hooked on the peanut orange sauce and spicy red sauce that came with them; use with caution if you’re sensitive to heat like myself. The samosa was amazing and I enjoyed the crispy flavor of the shell with the sweet sauce. I never had such a filling, thick mango lassi before— will be my go-to drink going forward here. The woman behind the cashier that also worked on preparing the food was super sweet and patient with ordering. Will be back again to try the paratha cheesy momo wrap and paratha breakfast wrap!”

“I must have walked by this store so many times and only went in to buy lottery tickets today. I held the door open for someone and he told me that this place was a gem of a store and it was his favorite store. When I walked in this store it was fully packed with mostly Turkish groceries. I mean they really used their space. I decided to really take some time out to look around. Every bit of space it untiltilized here with a lot of amazing turkish products. I ended up getting some turkish bread and snacks which I really liked and my lotto tickets. This is definitely a great new find.”

“My family has been shopping here for as long as I can remember - they're the best place to get Israeli products in NYC and, over a decade after leaving the city, I've yet to find anywhere that comes close. The products are great quality. Prices have increased, but that's true everywhere. The store is small and often crowded, so expect a little bit of chaos, but everyone has always been helpful and kind. The nuts, dried fruit, olives by weight, halva are all excellent and have been for at least the last three decades :) Go and enjoy!”
