“Amazing work! I’m extremely happy with how my sign turned out. The quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were excellent. They were professional, easy to work with, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. The finished sign looks fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality sign work. Great job and thank you!”

“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day. Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find—especially at large chain stores—this experience really stood out. Huge thanks to Jessica and the print team!”

“I recently visited Quick Printer Inc. to have a 2ft x 3ft canvas printed as a remembrance for a loved one, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. Despite the extremely short notice, their team went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They were incredibly helpful, compassionate, and dedicated to ensuring the canvas was printed perfectly and on time. The quality of the final product was outstanding, capturing every detail beautifully and serving as a heartfelt tribute. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile during such a sensitive time made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful and highly recommend Quick Printer Inc. for their top-notch service and genuine care!”

“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“Been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now. My mom loves their service. I like that they remember you. They have a large inventory to choose from. Especially, for the neighborhood they are servicing. The pharmacists are always professional. Unlike other pharmacies, when you get your prescription filled, ALL your prescriptions are FULLY filled. No coming back later in the week, because they owe you. The store is clean, and the atmosphere is a lot better, than most stores on Webster Ave.”

I walked away with a perfect product. She didn't let me settle or give up until what I had in mind came to fruition. Kudos to Chassity for her hard work and dedication to the consumer!”

“Big fan, those working there are always attentive and positive, I always can trust their handling of anything. A while back I took my son’s passport photo here and it wasn’t good enough to use, so I had to retake it, but if it’s for non-passport things I recommend.”

“This is a good neighborhood place to drop off your FedEx and UPS packages. Only problem is they do not immediately transmit the track information to UPS and FedEx. The tracking isn't updated until the driver actually picks up the package. So if I drop off a package on a Friday after the driver leaves usually about 4 to 4:30 p.m. My customer doesn't see that the package was dropped off until Monday evening. And they recently eliminated Saturday service.”

“I have been using this FedEx store since 2017. Joanne was serving then and now. She is a pro, and she cares and really helps. This is important because FedEx online customer service sucks. Their 800-463-3339 customer service phone people are terrible: they hangup forcing me to call again. In short, not all Fedex people are good. It is their customer oriented people like Joanne that make Fedex as good as they are.”

“I had to return a Knicks cap and this was the closest place that NBA Store had listed. The store opened up promptly at 9am and was happily greeted upon entering. The female employee, wish I had her name, was very cordial and made the transaction quick and easy. She is a definite asset to this establishment. I need to order more items to return at Happy Returns!! Have a great day!!”
