“I needed a van to transport all of my wedding decorations. It was such an easy task to just rent online, pick up the van and move it to where I needed it on top of all the wedding planning I needed to take care of. This was definitely one of the easiest tasks of my wedding planning process.”

Penske Truck Rental
602 East Fordham Road, Bronx NY 10458
“Picking up my rental truck was so quick and efficient at this location. I had originally booked a rental at a different location but their location system was down so when they sent me to this location I was expecting bad news again. Gloria took the terrible experience I was having and turned it around quickly. She greeted my husband and I with smiles and explained the process thoroughly. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name who gave us the truck but he was also very kind & explained the process throughly as well which we appreciated since having a previous problem with U-Haul. I will definitely be returning to this Penske location.”

Empire Rent A Car
1667 East Gun Hill Road, Bronx NY 10469
“Only reason for why i given this company a five star cuz of a manager at gunhill rd & allerton ave that not only polite, know how to greet people, break down details but he's a one man army machine where if it's ever busy he still make you feel that ur time n business is much appreciated . So the company in general got some decent prices but that fifth star belongs to manager Ray. I recommend the company in general but of the manager at that site in the Bronx i advise you to experience the service first hand.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
380 East 162nd Street, Bronx NY 10451
“You must be prepared to use the mobile app to reserve, checkout, and return the vehicle. There is no assistance from the staff as they are not U-Haul employees. They are strictly parking attendants. They will bring the van to you only when you show them the completed reserve ticket. Customer service was great. The only hiccup was upon return, the attendant tried to give me the run around about no returns after 8 pm. That isn’t posted anywhere. In fact the sign says 24/7. But he didn’t get pissy about it. He just informed me that the space might be occupied later at night so they prefer U-Hauls be returned by 8 pm. I got there 9:30pm. But they accepted the vehicle no problem. No issues with app usage. All around a great experience.”

“Definitely recommend this location, it is a multiple business location ( Uhaul & Restaurant) ran by the same family and I rented about 30 minutes before they closed the Uhaul portion. The manager was definitely being pulled in so many different directions but was very polite was multi tasking got me all taken care while handling the restaurant issues at the same time! He was very friendly, very professional, even though he was so busy I never felt ignored or forgotten about! Again very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back to try the food and for all my uhaul needs!”
