117 Henry St, Brooklyn“Jubilee is always my first choice for framing, whether it’s small keepsakes or antique pieces like this 18th c Tibetan Thangka which needed archival quality materials. For this piece, Pete chose the perfect mat and hand painted the cut to make sure it melded well with artwork.Professional, friendly, and quality service always.. highly recommended.”
“This has become one of my favorite hidden boutiques in Brooklyn. I always want something I know I won’t see elsewhere. If you see it just buy it because it may not be available upon the next visit.”
“A great job always. Muhsin has excellent taste and is always helpful in selecting mats, frames and colors that will enhance the piece you bring to him for framing. He is also a pleasure to do business with.”

163 Grand St, Brooklyn“What an interesting very eclectic boutique shop, with things sourced from around the world. Unique crystals, scented sensory packages, cloth pieces and more. I will have to say though, the most exotic treasure there is the owner, with her knowledge of the items as well as her essence made my experience at Berlyn 65 worth it. Stop in and do have at least a look around.”
12 - 5PM
310 4th St, Brooklyn“This dude is the real deal! I don't have any experience with framing so I wasn't sure what I even wanted, but he walked me through all the various options and gave me a quote on the spot. Highly recommend this place.”
“Love this gallery. Mainstay of Dumbo, Ive never seen a show that didnt interest me. With its industrial feel, brick walls and amazing view, this is also a a perfect space for events.”
“Gorgeous gallery with some very unique and culturally relevant pieces, as shown in some of the photos I've attached. The artist, Voodo Fé has a great talent in his portrayals of notable figures like Frida Kahlo and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and adorns his pieces with all sorts of materials aside from pure paint, such as fabric, flowers, old records, and more. The gallery is nicely put together with multiple rooms for viewing. The staff member was friendly and informative about the pieces, and the prices hang on the walls so you don't have to wonder what range you're looking in. I noticed the pieces range from around $250-$300 for the smallest pieces, and up to $7000-$8000 for the larger (and naturally my favorite) ones. Actually, there were some even smaller pieces that might be of a lower cost, so even if those seem out of budget, might as well come look. It is a great spot to come and browse, or buy.”
10 AM - 6 PM
567 Union St, Brooklyn“Such an awesome shop featuring amazing artists! I love coming here with friends, and there's always such fun and interesting pieces to buy. “My wife took part a a vendor at the FAD market that takes place there on December. The space is really cool and has a great vibe to it, the building itself is charged with the old Brooklyn charm. If your are invited to an event there go it most likely will be worth your time.”

543 Union St, Brooklyn“Over the years I’ve purchased several serving bowls and plant pots from here. They’ve held up really well and are frequently complimented by guests. They’re so nice I’ve caught myself more than once asking “is this a claireware quality salad?” in figuring out what dish to serve a given salad in.”
“As a geographer writing her family's history, how my heart lept when I found this stunning, highly professional map company with a pre-1900 map of San Francisco published by my great-great grandfather, Albert Little Bancroft. To have this hanging in my home adds fantastic depth to the family stories surrounding the city, his family, and greater admiration from me.”
“Really courteous owner and great service. I came in on short notice (while the store was closing) and I was still accommodated and walked away with two beautifully framed pieces within 20 minutes”

“This gorgeous space hosts some beautiful and thoughtful art from a range of working artists in and beyond New York. Co-owned by a super friendly and pleasant couple, the cozy bright interior offers a clean, contemplative, and informed space for looking and browsing. A welcoming gallery like this is relaxing and fun. It’s easy to step toward a community here, and to feel like you belong to the tapestry of worlds on offer - this isn’t your arch or condescending spot, but an accessible experience with kind direction…one that can come with a cup of tea, and plenty of rich stories about the objects on display.A short walk from the N/D stop on 4th avenue. Everyone welcome.”
“This is the single most important performance space in the world to me for personal reasons. Lots of great talent pass through here that end up being pretty influential in the scene overall.”

“I liked the layout of 3 separate intimate rooms and an open back yard with a roofed bar for people to mingle safely -- nothing like open air. The selection of work was incredible. I thought being there for 2.5 hours on an opening was not enough. It draws an interesting crowd that fascinated me. I will miss gems like these when I leave Brooklyn next year.”
“Nice little outdoor event spot is great for gatherings, parties, shows, exhibitions, and other social events. Coney Art Walls is located in the heart of the amusement park and Coney Island Beach. The area surrounding Coney Island Art Walls has plenty of food eateries providing seafood, Italian, fast food, and delicious Jamaican style food that you can get at Foot Prints right across the street.”
“Calabar Imports is transitioning to a Gallery, but I've always loved this place and will continue to support it. Atim Annette Otom welcomes everyone who walks through the door and is also a wealth of information that she readily shares. She also coordinates the Crown Heights Arts Stroll which I highly recommend. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!”

They supported my community art project with fabric donations, use of the studio and invaluable advice. The gallery and artists in residence consistently showcase incredibly inventive and meticulously-crafted work. I'm grateful to have a space like TAC in our neighborhood, that's both generous to the greater community and dedicated to nurturing beautiful and meaningful art.”

The framing is more beautiful than I could imagine.I brought the art in a few weeks ago and Linda helped me choose framing and matting. My first instruction...inexpensive! She spent about 1 hr helping me choose 6 frames. (There were frames that I would have loved, stunning, just could not afford.)I would go back to Jacobson's in a heartbeat and I highly recommend!!!”
“Awesome little family owned coffee shop. The owners daughter was working and made our coffees and while chatting with us told us a bit about the history of the family business having previously been a hardware store that was her fathers and then they turned it into the coffee shop it is today. Cozy and inviting space where many customers were just enjoying some downtime with a coffee. We will definitely be back next time we visit the area.”
“This is an amazing store with a wonderful collection of items. The items are creatively set up. They have all kinds of things including clothe, furniture and artwork. They also showcase local artists and have workshops. The space is beautiful and not cluttered like some antique shops and boutiques tend to be. The lady working here was very nice. It is a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. You don't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.”
