I am back to edit my review. While the above is true, and the delivery was totally excellent, I was told that for a Black Friday special offer, I was receiving an adjustable base. I had a conversation with Raz about my captain’s bed with drawers that I cannot do without. She clearly told me that the legs of the adjustable base could be removed and the base placed on top of my captains bed. While it’s true that the legs of the base are removable (clearly just for purposes of packaging), the adjusting mechanism is underneath the frame and therefore it cannot be used on top of the captains bed. I am supposed to be getting back the extra $50 I paid to have the base set up during delivery, and could pay several hundreds for another adjustable base that would work, which I won’t do. I am happy with my mattress, but somehow it doesn’t seem right that I was offered a gift that couldn’t work for me.”

He understood all of our issues, whether physical or financial, and explained everything to us with such detail that it was hard not to understand. If we ever need another, we’re going right to him!”

“This review wasn’t asked for or anything of that sort I recently purchased a sofa and it couldn’t fit up my staircase. A technician was sent out and I received assistance with the payment. Not too sure who I spoke on the phone with but she updated me daily until the arrival. The couch is beautiful and I am very appreciative of this furniture company. When the couch couldn’t fit they sent someone the same day to get it in my home. I will continue using this furniture company as long as I can prices were also very affordable.
