“I had an amazing experience at this paint store thanks to Clissman. He was very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to recommend the correct paint for my outdoor deck and assisted with color matching, making the entire process much easier for me.
He also recommended a cherry-scented cleaning solution, which smells great and was a thoughtful suggestion. I am very satisfied with the service I received today and truly appreciate his professionalism.

“Needed paint for the apartment in PLG. Looked around for the closest Benjamin Moore distributor from where the apartment is and found this place. It does not have an online presence, but it exists as of the date of this review. That area of Church Ave seems to have been built up since Google took its photo for Street View. My assumption is that the building was leased on the cheap and franchised as a paint supplier with the knowledge that the neighborhoods along trains (this being fairly close to the 2, 5) are the first to be revitalized.Service was very good. I was a little confused when I was telling the clerk the color I needed. I speak newscaster English so when he asked me to write down the spelling, I was a little befuddled.2 gallons of cheap latex flat, 6 or so tray liners, 3 rollers, and 2 cheap brushes ended up a little over $70. Not sure if that's inexpensive or average for the city.”

“The staff perfectly tinted primer for me (a task I thought was impossible because of the nature of the specific primer I needed), and gave me excellent advice that aided in the success of my mural project! I needed a lot of primer and they had it in stock, and other Benjamin Moore stores nearby didn’t. They also loaded the paint in my car. Amazing customer service!!!”
“Good quality paint overall. Prices are okay/not great, but at least it is convenient when you need something quick. I did a color match one time - it wasn’t the best, I wanted dark brown, got a similar dark purple. Other than that I would go back for supplies. It saves me a trip to Home Depot for only a small amount of savings.”

“Amazing customer service! I needed something from the hardware store after they had already closed, and Zak, Naz, and Lou went above and beyond by opening the store back up just to help me. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
It’s rare to find this level of customer service and people who genuinely care about their customers. Zak, Naz, and Lou truly saved the day for me. I really appreciate them going out of their way, especially so late. Highly recommend this hardware store definitely deserving of 5 stars!”
