“Best urgent care experience I’ve had. The staff was all warm, patient, and carefully explained everything, even if my question was a little basic. There were also kids on the waiting room waiting for their mom in the back and the front desk staff turned on a Netflix movie for them. I got the sense that these people don’t hate their jobs which means they actually have capacity to care for the strangers that walk in the door. Would definitely recommend this location.”

“My 1st time at Empire city labs in 49th st. Sunset Park location was a little Undesirable with a lot of people hanging out and making my Brother & I uncomfortable. But as soon as we walk in we were greeted by your staff the Phlebotomis a Wonderful, Respectful , Young Man by the name of James Jean- Baptiste. Who treated us with Respect and Comfort. Took all our information and care about every need of our Questions. He tended to all of my senior citizen brother to make him comfortable. Making sure the arm band wasn't Too tight. And made sure the bandages were place right and clean of any Blood. Mr. James Jean-Baptiste should be Recommended for his outstanding Patient Relations Skills. And making us feel a lot comfortable. After a uncertain

“Lenco Diagnostic is an amazing lab! They are excellent with the result turnaround time. They are thorough with the critical lab calls and results. Their communication with our office is second to none. We have a few labs in our office and Lenco is by far the best communicatior. This is a testament to the company, but its also because, they have the best Lab representative that I have ever encountered over many many years. Joy is number 1 in my book. Her service to us is exemplary. She is always available, helpful, involved, caring, always willing to fix every single problem that arises (and quickly), always there for last minute lab issues or requests. Lenco (and Joy) are Top Tier. I recommend them to any office or hospital around.”
“Jada was extremely considerate of my stressful situation of me needing/ seeking to get one additional test that my doctor did not include in the order. She genuinely cared and was extremely helpful and patient with me. She suggested what I do to effectively get the prescription asap from my doctor. She understood I was concerned and uneasy. Although it took quite some time (2 hours) to hear back from my doctor and finally get the fax, Jada kindly continued to check in with me to make sure everything was okay. I finally got it faxed over and Jada was able to get it all locked in. This is not a common occurrence and it truly stood out to me and made my day. She is caring and mindful of her patients and their situation, which I think is crucial and also unfortunately isn't the norm . Thank you again Jada you made my day! I will definitely be returning to this location.”

“I'd really love to thank Narda, the phlebotomist at this lab, for such an incredible lab experience. I'm extremely phobic of blood and was very fearful of getting lab work done. Narda put all my anxiety at ease and was a true cheerleader during the appointment. She was extremely fast and so kind and empathetic to my phobia. I felt very seen and heard. I also noticed her high level of care for a pregnant woman in the waiting room feeling ill from a glucose test. Truly an angel phlebotomist! I will be coming here to see her from now on. “I recently visited this radiology center for my annual breast ultrasound, and I had a wonderful experience. Maya, the technician who performed my ultrasound, was incredibly gentle, caring, and reassuring.
She explained everything clearly, helping to make an uncomfortable procedure as relaxing as possible. The lead doctor at the center was also fantastic-compassionate and professional, making me feel fully supported throughout the appointment. I left feeling grateful for their warm, thoughtful approach to women's health, especially during such an important annual check-up.

“I haven't had the best experience with other Quest Diagnostics but at Wyckoff Melissa made the process so smooth. She's helped me so much every time I go there, especially when my Doctor ordered like 50 different blood test for my son. she's so patient and professional. Even when she needs clarification on a specific test requested she would get the information and call you right back on her cellphone. She also speaks English & Spanish so she's able to communicate with most patients. Thank God for compassionate people like Melissa!!!”

“Somebody give Raesean (I hope I spelled that right) a raise because she was so smooth with the needle I didn't feel a thing and didn't bleed out like I have previously with other people. I either get people who say they can't find my vein or they poke me and I keep bleeding way after I got blood drawn, but she did it perfectly. I'm always coming in to ask for her. And the young lady (I didn't get her name) who was assisting in the reception area was very nice as well. Overall 10/10 experience, came in and was out the door in less than 20 minutes with literally no complaints what so ever. Thank you!”
“The two ladies at the Center were courteous, professional and very accommodating. I am a hard stick and I told this to Marsha who manipulated my arm just for a minute and then it was over. I couldn’t believe how easy she found a vein and a good one at that. I had a similar experience with the other lady, whose name I cannot remember now but she too was amazing in finding a vein and making my experience less anxious. I know she’s Caribbean.
