“I was intending to get my inspection from a place on the block and they couldn’t do it but told me to go across the street. I saw Rami outside and he was super friendly. He told me he could do the inspection right away and it would be less than an hour (for the record the other place I went to told me inspections take 3 hours). Rami called me like 43 min later and said my car was ready. He told me my tires should be replaced and showed me how worn they were. He quoted me an excellent price on new tires and I told him I couldn’t afford to get them all done at once and he said “no problem I’ll do two at a time.”
I cannot stress how friendly and kind - not to mention adorable - this young man was. You know when you can just tell somebody’s a good person? The fact that I met a really good person who works at an autobody shop when normally mechanics and auto repair people have a reputation for trying to swindle people is a miracle.

They took out a tester for the battery showed me that the battery was bad cells then they asked if I needed an oil change if I had fluid in my windshield wiper and antifreeze as well.
