“I love Lowe's for any home improvement project. I have always encountered exceptional customer service there as well. I am not really a Do-It-Myself person so when I find someone to ask what aisle something is in, or ask what they would recommend they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I still do not know how the people who work there know so much about whatever department they work in. But I have no complaints. I will continue to purchase home improvement items there again and again.”
“Tools aren't super expensive, I buy my lawnmowers here every 3 years. Bought one for the oldest kid for Father's day. Still work's like a dream. Prices are up, but they are up everywhere. And I would pay more for products that are made in America with American sourced and built parts.
My wife bought a Genesis special edition drill and lost the charger. The manager is giving me a free charger. I'll keep buying our tools and mowers here. But I'll keep buying my Craftsman tools for the car and heavy-duty work. Mowers, as long as they're gas, I'll buy them here. Snowblowers I will buy.at home Depot But doors, toilet seats, here.”
“I was able to find what I needed easy and at a reasonable price. One of the associates (Christian) was actually nice enough to help me put some windshield washer fluid in my car. (Only have one fully working arm atm) I appreciate you very much.”
“Great store and very helpful staff with NAME brand respectable tools such as Craftsman, Crescent, DeWalt and more solid, brand name tools. The cashier was more worried about the tariffs than anything else. AKA, Suburban Hardware.
Says ACE on the outside. I hope that this store will last, because it's a great store with great products and the staff there are always ready to help. It's great to have a variety of personnel with varying political views who actually work quite well together. I know that I'll be going back to this ACE to get new drill chargers and batteries.
Still, my favorite ACE hardware store is the Weedsport NY store. Extremely knowledgeable country boys and gals that can turn a wrench and will always get up on a ladder to get a tool set or product for you.
They help the elderly as well. Parking lot can be a bit mucky there. But we're good to go, at either location. I like this new ACE location is a good one. So line up and give thrm a chance. And always smile back. Thanks.”

“The deli selection is wonderful. We have our bacon sliced perfectly. The Sharp American cheese is my favorite, and their own turkey sandwich meat is awesome! Not overly salty or wet, like most.”
“Central Square store is doing better since manager Mike is back. Before when he was out I literally had to go to the Pulaski Store for things I needed. And they were very helpful there. But I am 4 minutes from Mikes store. So it is much more convenient to me. Mike runs this store the way stores used to be run. Customer service is impeccable. The new staff is willing to help with anything. And I have to say Darren is awesome. If he isn’t sure of something he will find out where or what it is. He is on top of his game. Fiona you young lady have always been so helpful. Congratulations. If Mike is aloud to continue with his running this store. Your Central Square store will be #1. “The training facility is excellent! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable with welding. If you need a tool, they get you a tool. If you need different gloves, you get different gloves. If you're looking for a quick but effective welding education, this is the best money you'll spend.”

“I've been on the hunt for screws with a metric size for a good while now for an Ikea dining table (I still have the screws that came with the table, but they mysteriously no longer fit)... the big box stores couldn't help me, so the search continued... finally a nice hardware shop owner suggested I try Rumetco... not only was everyone nice and friendly, they also custom cut the screws to fit my dining table perfectly, AND their prices were much better than on Amazon. Thank you Rumetco! I greatly appreciate you!”

I can't explain why they're not more locations, maybe it's the competition or company policy, but going online to find what you need at the store could also be a Time-Saver.”
“Attention Truckers: When delivering here and if your driving a 53 ft trailer, drive very slow onto the parking lot as there is a mailbox there which could be hit, have your tandems adjusted accordingly. Check in with the staff and they'll have you dock in an available door. This will mostly be a straight line back if you set yourself up correctly. Unloading was under an hour and I got my signed BOL's from receiver. And when you leave, again do it very slowly and with cautionOverall The workers here are very friendly and have a good sense of humor. I would deliver here again!”

“I needed some painting supplies, of which there was a large selection. Unfortunately , I needed items in other areas of the store & finding knowledgeable help was impossible. It seems to me that Lowes is catering more to contractors than to the lowly homeowner who needs smaller ticket items & help from employees who really know the products. Smaller, independent hardware stores, here I come!”
