Although the day was VERY hot and humid, and the poor crew hadn't had a day off in nearly a week due to losing time during the storm and subsequent local flooding, they were cheerful and helpful and went above and beyond, even offering to help set up things in my new space. Whenever I’ve needed help, whether it was losing my access code or just having general questions, the team has always been responsive and adaptable. They call back even when they’re busy, which says a lot.
Most recently, when I was moving out, they went above and beyond by proactively reaching out to walk me through the move-out policy. That kind of proactive communication is rare. Good customer service can be hit or miss these days, but this team delivers every single time. Highly recommend!”

He provided clear explanation of all the charges and requirements for using the services. Facility is clean and access is secure but easy to use. Facility has plenty of carts to help transport the items from my vehicle to the storage units.”

“I have a storage space in the Albany Extra Space Storage facility now. I was looking to downsize my unit. Shazam who was on duty at the time looked through the inventory of spaces and couldn't come up with one. I guess this is a busy time because of school breaks. He was however, able to help me out with my rate to allow me to stay until some units open up. The approval came in just a couple of hours after he put things in motion. Thank Shazam!

“I have been storing my class B camper van here for a year.. I am so happy with the cleanliness and security of this facility. I have an outside parking spot which is well marked, and its always well cleared. I have had to my van out in the winter and they made sure Ud have no issues driving out..Office staff is wonderful too!!”
