I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because I have a business account as well as personal but I can’t do Zelle with the business account and I could with another bank so the option is available just not from Webster. It’s really my only gripe. But the tellers at the drive up are always polite and smiling and that’s what makes me happy. Fanman ps teller 73 is definitely my favorite”

“I have been with this bank for 2 years. I was definitely not bank smart, thus I lacked in terminology and wisdom. Thus after being scammed by several financial companies over the years, I had my doubts. This bank was patient in helping me through the process which is actually simple. My money made the interest they stated. Easy Peasy. However the one place they lack is they do not inform you if interest rates go down on your account, which only happened twice. So you need to watch your account monthly. Other banks do the same but not all. Then you have to make a decision. They phone is answered by people at the bank not overseas which was a definite plus these days.”
