And I had to come in the next day, which I wasnt happy about. I explained to Elizabeth the situation and informed me nothing couldn't really be done due the weekend but she did the impossible. “I have been with this bank for 2 years. I was definitely not bank smart, thus I lacked in terminology and wisdom. Thus after being scammed by several financial companies over the years, I had my doubts. This bank was patient in helping me through the process which is actually simple. My money made the interest they stated. Easy Peasy. However the one place they lack is they do not inform you if interest rates go down on your account, which only happened twice. So you need to watch your account monthly. Other banks do the same but not all. Then you have to make a decision. They phone is answered by people at the bank not overseas which was a definite plus these days.”
