“I went in today after having a TON of confusion on the website, just wanting to trade in and upgrade from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 14. The website told me I’d need to put a $400 down payment on the phone, trade in my old one for a $250 credit, and then pay the rest of the phone off for 36 months. I am so BEYOND THANKFUL I got Ashaley as the representative to help me. She was absolutely delightful! She was friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer service experience in my life- and I WAS a customer service representative at one point! She helped me upgrade to the phone I wanted without any down payment AND worked her magic to get me more credit from my old phone, and I mean enough to pay my phone bill for the next year or more! She did convince me to upgrade my monthly insurance, but with all the credit on my account, now if my phone breaks, I won’t have to pay a penny for a new one! I don’t know how she did it, but coming from somebody who was with Verizon just a couple months ago, I will never ever go back to any other service. I’m praying if I ever go into the Spectrum store again I get Ashaley. She was really just wonderful. Thank you so much?”
“I came in because of issues with my phone and kendra and val helped me fix the issue with my phone and told me about the iPad promos they had going, those two ladies were an absolute joy to sit and chat with while they fixed my issue, this location will be my go to now just off their service, attitude and beautiful smiles on those two ladies faces, could have sat there for hours and talked but they needed to assist the people coming in. “I want to give a big thank you to Wansi, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable during my recent phone purchase. I was feeling quite anxious especially going through this without one of my daughters by my side but Wansi made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
In addition to buying a new phone, I needed to deactivate my late father’s phone and purchase and set up an internet gateway. Wansi walked me through every step with kindness and understanding. Even when I had to dig deep into my memory for passwords ? and call both of my daughters who live in different states!, Wansi remained patient and supportive.
