I came here as it was nearby and Jordan fixed it in an about 40 minutes he gave me 3 month warranty for free and even applied new thermal paste and cleaned it for me for only 170! He even showed me step by step what he did. Definitely come here for phone or console repairs!”
“Everyone at the store was very friendly. I came in twice and worked with Chris both times and he answered all my questions and set up my new phone line. Everything was easy, quick, and well explained. I had tried two other Verizon stores in the area with no luck and quotes of much higher services.

“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there.
