“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.

“Misner Auto Body of West Islip NY repaired my 2018 Subaru Forrester that was sideswiped, damaging both passenger doors, rear quarter panel and rear bumper cover. I was very impressed on the finished product. Paint matching was human eye perfect. Collision work was impeccable. I am anal about how my car looks. The paint was flawless free of “orange peel texture, and paint blending was perfect. Estimated time to complete the repair was on mark.
The only anecdotal thing was the rear trunk space curtain and roller, was reinstalled backwards, and did not operate at all. I turned the curtain around today left to right, and viola perfect fit. ? all 100% restoration. Thank you Misner!

“Very happy with Erics Cutting Edge. Brought truck in before Christmas-they were happy to work with the extended warranty company I was covered by. They handled all communication with them, kept in frequent communication with me and were able to address and repair the engine issue. Few days later, engine light went on for an unrelated issue. They prioritized the repair, and once again, worked with the warranty company and were able to get the truck approved for the repair and fixed in a short amount of time. Eric and Melissa were easy to deal with (along with my many questions), and never made me feel like I was a bother. Highly, highly recommended.”

I was told the rotors on my break were rusted. Rusted I said to myself. Never heard of rotors being rusted. But the video provided clear evidence they were.
