“Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!”

Even though the office was closing in just a minute when I arrived, Caitlin took the initiative to help with my urgent 50 tri-fold brochure order. “The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”

“I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.”
