“We have just had another excellent experience with Valenti VW in Mystic. We have been working with the service department and sales department since 2004.
We really like the VW products. Our first VW was a Golf TDI in 2004. Their service department with John, Jayde and Cody are highly competent and very easy to work with. (I make a point of getting a cup of excellent coffee from their machine.)
I they keep our VW's a Golf TDI (Yes we still have it.), and 3 Tourareg TDI Luxes in top condition. We finally had to say goodbye to our oldest Tourareg.
We took our low on Touraregs problem to Danny McDuffee, the sales manager. Diesel Touraregs are hard to find. They are no longer made. He found one in excellent condition.
Service went through it and polished a gem of a car to a brighter shine.
Phil Dugas, the business managager, aka, "The Canadian," walked us through the purchase process. Remember, these cars last forever and we had not bought one in a long time.
Azadoria Ray, in sales and leasing, helped us with our paperwork.
Between Danny, Phil and Azadoria, we bought a "new to us Tourareg", registered it, insured it, and plated it within an hour. These people will not waste your time.
I cannot imagine recommending any company or people more highly.”

“I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. I am so grateful to have them as a resource and I know they will always take good care of me. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff in New London”

“I highly recommend this auto body shop. I have a 2024 Honda that someone vandalized. I took my car to Mugovero's Auto Center and Dave looked at the damage and knew exactly what to do. He had to locate it distributor that was willing to mix a small amount of paint. My car's paint is a mix of colors to create the blue ?. He found someone and I brought my car to be repaired. Dave said it might take three days to do the job. Much to my surprise, the following day, my car was ready!! ?
