“This was a wonderful experience. Julia. T technician perfectly understood what was required.
I called as I could not access my internet on t TV. Julia patiently worked to get t internet visible at my end. As soon as the internet was visible, my password was. not working. After some brain storming she suggested we remove a symbol on t password and re-try it again. This time round it worked perfectly and I had the much awaited movie day I was looking for.
I was in particular impressed by t patience and professionalism. She talked me through the entire process and was ready to spend any amount of time to get my issue resolved.

Before heading to the store, I called to confirm they had the product I needed, and Jay quickly verified everything for me. She also explained that even though I was a business client, I could still complete the transaction in-store, which made the process much easier.
So me and my service dog took a stroll into the store, and the entire staff welcomed us with open arms — although I think my dog may have gotten the most attention! ?
