They're open pretty much everyday (check the website before you leave for the hours). Chris responds to emails in a reasonable time. I have used this service multiple times and I feel confident recommending it.”

While I had to use another carrier to ship it due to its very large size, a young employee at this UPS store packed it up perfectly with joy and tenacity, on her day off no less! “The service here is A+!!
Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, lobby and mailbox areas are clean.
However, there is only 1 dedicated parking spot for USPS customers (15 min parking) and it is often taken (not by a postal customer) leaving you to park way over by campus security (about 10 min walk).
There used to be two USPS parking spots years ago and that was much better.”

“Nice option for neighborhood area. Full service within walking distance if in Little Italy shopping district. Free City Parking Lot a half block away. No parking in front but nice because there is 2 drive up curb side mail boxes. You don't have to get out of your car if just mailing already stamped mail. Inside Mail personel knowledgeable and Friendly. They Have Post Office boxes. Also carry boxes, padded envelopes and regular envelopes for special mailings, with weighed mail service , of course Regular Stamps, Commemorative Stamps, and Collector Stamp Information. 💖 I Love our Neighborhood Post Office.🇺🇸💌📬😃😎💕”

“By far this is the most reliable trucking company I've found in the past 11 years. In the past, whenever I've had to hire a freight co. to go into a NJ port, I pretty much have to say a prayer ahead of time because some companies are so unreliable; costing businesses hundreds to thousands in drayage fees. Since I started using ODFL on the regular, I have not had one issue and I always get my freight when they promise. Transport may run about 20% more than other companies but worth it in the long run.”

“When I come to the Ups store to return something I’ve never had a problem and there always nice and very understanding. Everyone is polite and is knowledgeable of what to do. Today I had a store taker named Nicole do a return for me it was quick and easy and she was nice and understood what to do.”

“Today I went to the UPS store to puck up my packages as I always do. I frequent the store often so they know me by name. I purchased a gift for my sister which I was bringing with me on my flight home for Christmas on Monday. The package was delivered yesterday 12/20 at 9:45am. I stood in the store for 40 minutes while they were looking for my package that the clearly lost. Despite me telling them I'm flying out Monday, will not be in the state , and this was a gift, this man had the audacity to tell me me I was not being sympathetic to HIM! I explained that Amazon would not refund my money because it was delivered to the UPS store and handed of to an attendant. He could care less about my concerns, the fact that they lost my package, that I would now have to spend even more money shopping for a gift, or the inconvenience. He was so disrespectful to me that another customer intervened, and he turned around and told her to mind her business. Throughout this process he still will not even discuss a refund for the items they lost and would only say I will call you Monday, when he had already been informed that I was flying out on Monday. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store every year and loyal customers do not deserve to be treated like I was treated today. I will be contacting the UPS corporate offices as well.
Update: The guy that was rude has been let go. I'm so grateful that the other staff heard me and stood up for me. I'm happy to be back at my favorite shipping provider, and I look forward to continuing to do business at this location.”
