“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from John in the repair department.
As a homeowner who relies on my Ryobi lawn equipment, being without my lawnmower during repair season was stressful. John personally reached out after my mower was brought in for service and went above and beyond by arranging for me to borrow a loaner lawnmower—something I understand had been discussed as a possibility but had never actually been implemented until my situation. That level of initiative and customer care saved me from having to hire someone to mow my lawn while waiting for repairs, and I was incredibly grateful.
This wasn’t my only experience with John’s excellent service. He subsequently helped me navigate the replacement of a defective Ryobi battery through Ryobi, which was a huge help. Most recently, he took the time to troubleshoot my Ryobi weedwhacker, which he now has working beautifully.
It’s rare these days to find someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping customers. John exemplifies what outstanding service should look like, and because of him, I would absolutely return and recommend this store to others needing Ryobi sales or service.”

“The tools are the same quality as stuff you get from home Depot. It wasn't always like that but they've improved. The power tools have improved as well. You can get a gigantic k-bar for like $10, and an oogahorn to replace your boring car horn for a 1999. All you have to do is mount it and put a bigger fuse in. You can get all this stuff while you're actually getting stuff you need all under one roof. It's kind of set up like a casino though. Never figured out how they orientate things but that's okay.”

“Entrance for Prime Source is on the east side of the building door, says 346. The first door is the exit, go a little past, and the entrance will be on the right. You will u turn into the building, and the door opens automatically when you get close. There is only 1 dock door working, so I would check in before pulling the truck in. The forklift operator was very efficient and unloaded me in 20 mins for 21 pallets.”

“As an HVAC contractor, Johnstone Supply has been an essential part of my business. Their customer service is solid and professional. Sometimes you need to wait a bit until a salesperson is available, but once they are, everything gets resolved quickly and efficiently — no runaround, no excuses, just solutions.
Their online interface and product catalog are excellent and easy to navigate. In 99% of cases they have the parts I need for furnace and air conditioning repairs in stock, which saves a tremendous amount of time on service calls. Most of my testing and diagnostic tools are purchased here as well — prices are fair, and equipment is reliable.
Johnstone also provides training and technical classes for contractors, which I really value. It shows they care not only about selling products, but about supporting proper installation and long-term service. Overall, this is a trustworthy supplier with great resources for HVAC professionals. I am pleased to work with them.”
