“Really easy time signing the lease. Rebecca was really professional and made the check-in process quick and smooth. We rented a 5'x5' locker and had an easy time finding it. Our locker is on the second floor, and there is a large elevator to help get you up there. They also have free carts that you can borrow to transport items to and from your locker-- super helpful. This storage facility was one of the cheaper ones I could find in Rochester, but it's safe, secure, and everything you need in a great location. We also noticed quite a few cameras on the property, which made us feel comfortable leaving our stuff on site. Highly recommend.Pro tip: I also have renter's insurance on my apartment (Geico/Assurant) which includes self-storage insurance, so I was able to save $13/month! Definitely look into your renter's insurance (if you already have it) to see if it covers self-storage!”

“The crew I had to move today was great.Alex led the group and what a great leader he was. Checking in with me from the beginning and putting my mind at ease during a very stressful time in my life. He continually during the day wanted to make sure I was happy with how things were going.Lawrence, Melvin and Raymond worked well together and were all courteous, kind, polite and making sure they took good care of things . It truly was like clockwork with them all working together to get the job done.In the end, they also helped me to decide where to put several things as I hadn’t had the time to think ahead with this being a very quick decision that we had to move closer to Rochester.Another person I would like to mention was Rick Stoddard . He was extremely kind and patient to deal with about the move. She was beyond understanding and compassionate regarding my situation and made me feel like a million bucks. She was so sweet and kind and took the time to help me through it. “The 6 man crew that came to help move my furniture & piano were efficient, extremely careful, & very friendly. I have moved over a half dozen times in my lifetime & they were by far the best moving company I have dealt with. There cost was also very reasonable. I lived in my previous residence for a year. When I moved out this past August, Adamski/Lloyd Moving was slightly less than what I paid for a 3 man moving crew last year. I highly recommend using this company. Trustworthy, efficient, mindful of handling things with care, & polite & friendly. They were everything you could want in a moving company!”

Rob, our estimator worked with me remotely on Facetime to get an accurate idea of what was being moved, Joanne, our coordinator called and/or emailed several times prior to and during the move to check in on our progress, and our driver Russ, was outstanding, arriving on time and reviewing what was to be done each day with us. The crew worked hard and were able to load up early, which I really appreciated. The delivery crew worked steadily and did a great job too, under Russ's supervision. We had no breakage, which is astounding. Stellar job all around.”

“I had a unit here for about a year and a half. Very friendly staff and automatic electronic payments so I don't have to fuss around with writing and mailing a check. They also have the best rate around Rochester for a 10x20 unit. I inquired into about 20 different units around Monroe County and Empire Storage had probably the best rate with the nicest and newest facilities. The only minor thing about the units is some of them are in a building that has a dirt road instead of asphalt in front of them, which gets VERY muddy in the spring time. But otherwise, very highly recommended!”
