“This T Mobile store actually saved my vacation! My smartphone had no reception or internet in Manhattan. According to Telekom from my home country everything should work, so they weren't much help. I went into the business with few expectations and was more than convinced. My problem was immediately identified and a solution was quickly worked on. I was provided with a great offer and a 5G capable smartphone. And all of this without a contract or monthly fees. My vacation can now continue without worries. “I have been dealing with Natural wireless for more than 2 and half years now in 2 addresses.Their service is outstanding. The customer service teams are always helpful all the time. They respond very quickly either with emails or phone. They have been always patient with me and never cut the service for any financial delay and have been always helpful and understanding like when my card was lost twice and they waited for my new Visa card to be released and never cut the service.Their cost is reasonable and the internet is fast with no interruptions. Their technicians are very very professional and helpful and they always come on time with same-day service. “I'm a long time customer of T-Mobile (first Sprint). I bought a phone in ebay and needed a sim card and went to this store. Since I was already there, I asked if I could get the phone activated and transfer all the data/apps. The store manager, Gisselle, happened to be the available person to greet me and respond to my request. I didn't expect such a fantastic service. Not only she's super experienced and knowledgeable (17 years of experience in the phone industry), but also so patient and kind and just nice! The whole process and transfer took approx 45 minutes. So, I had time to chat with her, while she would come and go to answer to other customers, while my phones were in the process. In any case, the staff in some phone stores are known for being cranky. Not here!!! Just the best experience. Thank you.”
