The staff there is tremendous, it’s pretty simple if the place is slammed let them work (don’t annoy them), if it’s less busy they are super nice and engaging. They remember my order, and they are sharp and fast. Glad Howard Beach has a spot like Etto for coffee.

From the moment you walk in you can really tell this is one of those places that actually cares about what it serves. Everything feels fresh, carefully made and full of character. The bagels are perfect crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, with that fresh baked texture that makes you immediately realize you’re eating something special with meaning.
But what really separates this place from other bagel shops is the attention to detail, it’s on a different level. The flavors are fantastic, the portions are generous and everything comes together exactly how you want it to. You can taste the quality in every bite. It doesn’t feel like food that was simply thrown together but it feels like someone genuinely takes pride in making it
The atmosphere is another huge part of the experience. It has that welcoming and comfortable feeling that makes you want to sit down to enjoy your food and stay a little longer to chat and bond. The staff is very very friendly and the service is great, and theres a warmth to the whole place that’s becoming harder and harder to find.
And then there’s the presentation. Look at this bagel. 😂 The colors, the shape, the swirls it almost looks too good to eat. It’s the kind of food that makes you stop for a second before taking the first bite because you actually want to appreciate what you’re looking at. Somehow it manages to be both ridiculously fun and genuinely delicious.
This isn’t just a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a bagel. This is the kind of place you tell people about afterward. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast, getting something quickk or just looking for an excuse to treat yourself, this place delivers.
10/10. Incredible food, incredible people, incredible atmosphere. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll absolutely be coming back. 🥯🔥
