From the moment we came in and was looking for assistance from other associates who failed to really meet our needs, he approached us professionally, answered our questions, pointed us in the right direction to find what we were looking for as well as helping us to load our vehicle safely in a timely manner considering we were on a tight time sensitive schedule.”

“It's a good place but it's always profiting, be careful, you arrive with your truck to buy and out of nowhere, tow trucks come out and lift you up and give you any excuse to negotiate and you have to pay because they won't lower your car and you refuse to get off. That's illegal. Be careful, that's wrong, they are cranes, I don't know if it's legal, that's a bad experience, that's why I prefer LOWES”
“I have been shopping at AirLite Radiator Covers Home Center for years. I have always had a great experience. I have purchased radiator covers, new windows, had my screens repaired, also blinds and shades. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explains how thing work and details the cost of what you are purchasing. Orders are always ready on time and Joe calls to let you know it is ready for pickup. I will continue to shop there, personal customer service care like this is rare these days.”
“I've cataracts on both of my eyes which made it difficult for me to find what I was shopping for. The staff would accompany me to each area and get the item that I needed, or they would have me wait while they looked for the items and brought it to me, I even got assistance at the checkout register to assure me that I was using my credit card safely. Great staff at this location”
“Owner copied a Multi-Lock key for me and did a great job. Besides that there was an older gentleman in a scooter out front who could not fit into the store with his Hoveround. Without being prompted the owner walked outside asking the man if he needed help. He served (copied his keys, collected the payment and returned his change) the man right there on the sidewalk. Owner is just really nice and courteous.”

“For the most part, I've had great experiences here. Sometimes, in the past, the staff seemed like I was bothering them asking questions. Other times, you get attentive and helpful staff. So far as Home Depots go in NYC, it is fairly easy to get in and out of. The parking lot large and easy to access. Getting out has never been an issue either. So far as having what I am looking for, I have found them stocked better than other stores in the area.”
“One thing I could say when I walked in Home Depot Jason greed me so well and helped me so much, the same as Janelle and Johanatan. “Home Depot has always been a great store. It's hard to find people to help you sometimes but it's worth the wait. ? The more important the project is to you, the more patience you should practice!! There is awesome parking space. ? This place is wheelchair accessible or friendly. It has an Express card or debit line. It also has a self-service line.I also love this place because if you have to use the restroom during your most likely lengthy shopping experience here (unless you know exactly what it is that you want and exactly where it's at?) there is a bathroom for your emergency personal visit to the bathroom.”
“Today I had the best experience at home Depot Elmont because of a young associate named Mark in the home appliance section. He asked me if I needed assistance and then took his time to answer all my questions. I asked for his name in the event he would get commission for a large purchase. I learned he gets no commission. He was being helpful because it is in his character to do so. Home Depot you have a gem.”
“Sadly, I stopped there after I almost finished my house renovation and was needed doors only. I managed to return LED and showers I bought before, and took cheaper and better. My wife loves the new doors.”

“I regret not completing the survey in time however I was not able to find the receipt until recently. Nevertheless, I want to give a review for a sales associate who helped me tremendously for 2 days and over 6 hours. Corey- in flooring! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We got it right. My floors are absolutely gorgeus. I visited different flooring companies, researched online, but it was his patience. We calculated the square footage, figured out how many tiles were needed, how many boxes, we stayed with in my color scheme and my budget. He was extremely patient and kind and was never frustrated. Home Depot you have a winner. His customer service skills are exemplary.Thank you and I regret not submitting this review sooner. He was able to make my home, home and for that I am truly grateful!”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”
“I came to the location for 2 tools but they only had one. The guy in the tool section didnt work in that department but was fast and on point when helping others. There was no long line everyone was moving fast KIMBERLEY my cashier was full of energy and apologized for the store not having the other tool I needed.”

“Great Service and wonderful atmosphere. A male employee who works there name Aaron, provided my father and I (along side the construction worker that was with us) with excellent customer service. He is very kind, patient, reliable, and assisted us when we had questions. Another thing is his work ethic. He is very driven to succeed and deliver results.Another person who works there named Destiny. She is the security guard provided me with excellent customer service as well. She is very nice, patient, reliable and goes above and beyond to help you, whenever you need assistance (I was one of those people).”

“This Home Depot has amazing customer service. I came yesterday for a vanity sink and hired someone to install only to realize we were missing parts. My boyfriend was beyond pissed because first of all he was already in a bad mood second of all he didn't want it in the first place, so I was not at all excited to share the news. I called to confirm I can make the exchange and if the product was in stock and a kind lady did a visual check to let me know it was there. She had great manners and was super helpful. When we got there the amount of people lined up was absurd and he couldn't find parking. I walked in alone and went up to the first worker I saw (African American guy working the front) and told him my situation and asked if it's possible not to bring it in and he made a call or me and another KIND man came and brought me to the aisle or vanity sinks and gave me the parts I needed and sent me away without having to wait on the probably 1+ hour line. Thank you to these three lovely workers I'm so happy you made a terrible situation into an u expectedly pleasant one. AND I don't need to hear s*** from my boyfriendPS totally opposite vibes from flushing Home Depot yesterday before traveling to LIC location.”

“I've no idea why I'm super impressed with this Home Depot's garden center.......but I am! Garden center has expanded with a very nice roundup of Plants, Shrubs and Trees here- than ever before. And to be quite honest, these guys over the years, have come up with a well-thought-out setup. Prices are also real cool and a few $s less- compared to Hawthorne- closer to me. My Mom got a good hold of a few Perennial flowers for the front of her house as well as a few others for the backyard. And by the way...aside from the never-ending construction nearby, it was easy to maneuver in and out. Even for midday Saturday afternoon, there weren't crowds and parking lot was civil.”
