They are a locally owned family business, that is supportive of the community and they welcome all no matter your political perspective. Weekly sales help round out prices of higher priced items. “I bought a grill that was on sale. It was a great deal on a really nice grill. The workers measure the opening to my suv and needed to take a side tray off to make it fit. The screws were quite pesky and it was taking some work to loosen things up. “Staff are polite and eager to help. There have never been more than three customers present regardless of the time or weekday. Store is too large for the amount of merchandise stocked. Items are displayed well and priced correctly. Front entrance could be more aesthetically welcoming. Store feels like stepping back in time instead of keeping up with technology and trends. A good location for grabbing paint, caulk, and small hardware.”

“Always seem to have the products I can't find at big box store and prices are usually better on top of it, if you have a softener they are the only place left in area I know with Morton salt instead of cheap diamond crystal that causes problems down the road. As far as hardware goes, if I'm working on a car, equipment or project and need something they are the only place I go because I know they will have it. Wether it's a specialized fastener, hardened bolt, or stainless hardware it doesn't matter, sae or metric they have it.”
