“All I was going to do was discuss an issue that I was having with my bill and leave, instead I met a business woman, by the name of Lynn Serrano. She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase. I was planning to stay no longer than 10 minutes but ended up staying for an hour. Think about that. Amazing customer service, very sweet, skilled and well spoken. 10/10.”

He answered my questions in a no-nonsense way. He provided a clear understanding of what to expect from the data transfer and how long everything would take. Excellent visit thanks to a superstar. I wish every Verizon store offered this level of expertise, efficiency and friendliness. A+”

“I visited this store for an emergency after my phone broke down while I was on vacation in New York. Charlie and his team were incredibly helpful in assisting me with a new phone and its setup. They ensured my phone line was fully operational before I left the store. The staff was engaging and accommodating. This store is tucked away in a corner near one of the Metro North train stations, and I would highly recommend it!”

I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. They were super busy today and I saw everyone handling two customers at a time to try and make sure everyone was being taken care of, even though some of the customers in there were being quite snarky and rude to them they managed to handle the chaos well! The guy who helped me Miguel was new and was very kind and the manager Maria was very patient with me and him as well! If you are looking for a great experience ask for them!”

The store was clean, calm, and the staff here were so attentive and kind. I came in with a few things I needed to set up (a new phone order and the 5G Home Internet), and they handled everything quickly and patiently.
The woman who helped me,Nyree, was incredibly sweet — she explained every step, made sure everything was working before I left, and even took the time to test the 5G connection for me. Zero attitude, zero rushing, just genuine customer service.
After dealing with a different T-Mobile location that felt stressful and dismissive, this store was a total breath of fresh air. I left feeling taken care of and confident with my setup.”

“Went to visit this store due to an issue with online customer service. So glad I did, everyone I met there was so friendly, helpful and patient. The store Manager Mariana was the most diligent multitasker I've seen. She was able to help me resolve my issues with the online team. Then she had the experts Jose and Marvin help my family and I open a new account. Marvin was the closer, he was knowledgeable and got us all set up. Though the store got busy while we were there, we never once felt rushed or ignored. Great job to T-Mobile at Cross County!!”
“I visited this store at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 6,2025. They had 5 employees helping the customers. I waited less than 2 minutes for the next available employee. I'm in my sixties and a bit wary of technology; but, Peter C was so patient and kind to me. I received professional service and I'm so grateful. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Nevin and Kenneth were absolutely professional amazing they were able to help 3 ppl including me transfer phone or replace our original phone numbers! They have been so patient and super sonicked the whole speed of helping us be in the plan. I genuinely think we all need to be patient and give them a chance as they were with us. If you are a family coming to get a family plan they will help you but those three mobile experts were my faves! God bless them they were so patient with us even though it was so confusing and annoying. Get Tmobile since it's amazing I got tired of Lyca and simple mobile.
