“No fuss, no muss, no attempt to up-sell or any other bullsh*t . I walked in with a dead desktop machine. Guy opened it up on the bench in front of me, diagnosed the issue, replaced the power supply and had me out in less than 15 mins. All for a very reasonable fee. I found my guy for computer issues.”

“I saw a negative review of Refurbees and I can't believe that person is talking about the same Refurbees I have been dealing with for a number of years! I've lost track of how many computers (both desktop and laptop) I have purchased from them. I know it's more than half a dozen. I have never had a problem. The systems were always what the were supposed to be and came with everything they were supposed to come with including a legit 'refurbished' license from Microsoft. My most recent purchase was for someone in a different state and they even called me before filling the order because of the different ship to address. Don't know when I will next be in the market for a computer but when I do, you can be sure I will be ordering it from Refurbees! Recommend them 110%!”

“I walked in without an appointment because my phone was stuck on WSOD. Estimated waiting time was 1hr, they notified me 45min later, but I did not have a functional phone so I went back 1hr as I was told. They did not give me any hard time and I was directed to the waiting area right away.
I waited about 45min and asked for an updated wait time before someone can actually help me, I was told a tech started my appt in the system about 25min ago, but no one ever called my name. They apologized and sent me a tech immediately.
Diagnostics took about 5min, then I was given a wait time of an hour to pick up my phone after repair. Returned a little earlier than said time and my phone was ready, tech answered more questions as I was picking up.
Everyone who helped me today was extremely friendly, although they did seem like they were drowning from how busy they were.
I would definitely come back to this location when I need help.”

Adam assisted me in setting up my Apple Watch series 11 with such a cheerful personality. I would like to thank the manager of the Manhasset store of having cultural diversity in the employee staff not to mention an excellent team. I’ve recently have had an unpleasant, distasteful and regretful experience with the Smith Haven Apple Store location and recommend everyone to reconsider going to this location for wonderful customer service.
