Pet Care
Country Comfort Animal Hospital
2614 US-44, MillbrookOur cat Snow Goose was a patient at Country Comfort Animal Hospital, and I want to say thank you to them for their work in trying to help get her healthy, and for their care and compassion when we had to say goodbye. We really felt like they cared about Snow Goose and about us too. I strongly recommend them for folks looking for a vet who is willing to spend the time to listen to you, and talk to you about what's going on with your pet. Thank you Dr. Megan and everyone else at Country Comfort.

Center For Veterinary Care: Roellke Kim G DVM
680 NY-343, MillbrookThe knowledge, experience, professionalism and kindness is at a 100% from the ENTIRE staff!.. between my husband growing up and myself growing up and us together as a couple we have had over 30 dogs, numerous cats and a handful of horses. We've lived in different states and had the pleasure of seeing many different vets and although they were lovely, I can honestly tell you the Center For Vetenary Care far surpasses! I cannot recommend it enough, I am so grateful for each and every one that works there. They have saved our young Aussie Khloe, they care about all of our dogs and cat and sadly we lost a young dog, Bear, but they did everything in their power to save him and I felt so comfortable knowing if there was any miracle to happen they could make it happen and while we sadly lost him, you could not have asked for a more compassionate and gentle staff to deal with our emotions and get our family through that time. When you use this practice, your pet is truly in the best hands!❤

Center For Veterinary Care
680 NY-343, MillbrookExcellent veterinary practice. Dr. Schwartz is an incredible talent and has resolved many issues and gone above and beyond for my dogs. I was extraordinarily impressed by his accuracy in ultrasound counts in pregnant females, so far being more accurate than even x-ray counts! IYKYK, it’s not easy to do. Thrilled to have him as a resource for not only reproductive needs but routine visits. The staff is great - friendly and super helpful. The facility is immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable. Really glad to have found CVC!

Pet Sitting & Training
Dog Meadow
578 Tyrrel Road, MillbrookI cannot say enough good things about Dog Meadow!
I had taken in a sweet older hound named Annie who had already been re-homed nine times. I was desperate to find her the stable, loving home she truly deserved but knew her chances for that were very low, given her age, breed and history.
Dog Meadow graciously opened their hearts to Annie — giving her patience, understanding, and a chance to finally feel safe. They agreed to foster her and look after all her needs. They took the time to get to know Annie and worked gently through her issues. Ultimately, they matched her with the perfect forever family.
Knowing that she gets to live out the rest of her life happy and loved means the world to me.
Thank you, Dog Meadow… you are the best!

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Charlotte's Restaurant and Catering
4258 US-44, MillbrookWe first came here for my first Mother's day in May of 2026. It's such a quaint place with lovely staff. The bartender Michelle is an absolute sweetheart. We've only been here twice, but feel like family when we do dine here.
The food is phenomenal and the drinks compliment the meal nicely. It's definitely a great place for a special event, date night or even a rehearsal dinner.
We will definitely be back in the future! 💙💙

Millbrook Vineyards & Winery
26 Wing Rd, MillbrookOne of our stops as we did our wine crawl. Really nice place. A little mix up in our package we had from our hotel but that eventually honored and we got our tasting. Which was really good! Their wines are pretty good and their story is cool. After the tasting we checked out the upstairs areas. We tried both sides and had some chowder and a crepe. Both were delicious. Bought a bottle to share with the food. The service was fast and friendly to get all of our food. Really great time here. We would definitely spend a lot of time here if we lived close.

Barbaro
3279 Franklin Avenue, MillbrookI visited this area and tried a few different restaurants and some that cost more $$$ and this restaurant was honestly the best. The atmosphere, service and food were amazing. The Pasta was delicious and the lamb was so tender. I will definitely be back and I’m looking forward to it! If you’re in the area give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!!!
