I stopped by Pampered Pooch today and I am so pleased with how well my dog's nails were trimmed and filed. The staff was friendly, busy but caring and the shop is adorable. I liked how they have a glass door so you can see what's going on and all the dogs being groomed seemed content, not agitated or upset. I would highly recommend!

I should also add that they're very conscientious about any status reports on your dog if they've had a tick bite or anything like that everyone keeps you really well updated so that's so appreciated. I'm so happy that I found you guys and that I can continue to bring Fleur and Haka to you!!!

The office as well as the rooms are extremely clean. I would highly recommend them.

Since then, we have always come here. And I wouldn't want to venture out anywhere else again. I have always experienced kindness and compassion from the staff and the vets for both my dog and myself!! We had a true emergency some time back and they got us in to be seen really fast. It didn't matter the day or the time.
When my dog has issues that require treatment they always go over the costs as we are deciding on treatment so I know what to expect. I never believed I was overpaying for anything - especially with the kind of care we got for it. ?❤️

35 Patrick Ln #4, PoughkeepsieSTRONGLY RECOMMEND. Nil’s extraordinary patience and wisdom gave us the tools and confidence to help our dog be happier, better socialized, and more content. It took only *two hours* of classtime to bring our dog from scared and reactive around other dogs to calm and delighted (in a controlled environment). You have to put in the work at home, of course, but it’s a short distance between practicing and seeing the results.
We’ve worked with a handful of trainers online and in person -- Nil is hands down the most empathetic, clear, and effective. I realize now we had been working with people who just knew more than we did; working with Nil is light years past those experiences. She is a true expert not just in dogs, but in how to get humans to help their dogs have a higher quality of life.

Crab salad is much better at this location then the other location, they chop up the crab and cucumber evenly and it balances out. The Green Dragon and Lobster roll were pretty good also. One of the better places for gyoza, very good flavor and texture. If you have kids, get a Shirley Temple for them, nice presentation.
