Pampered Pooch Grooming & Boutique
928 Dutchess Turnpike, PoughkeepsieI have a dog whose nails are difficult to trim and have taken him to different groomers to have them cut. I stopped by Pampered Pooch today and I am so pleased with how well my dog's nails were trimmed and filed. The staff was friendly, busy but caring and the shop is adorable. I liked how they have a glass door so you can see what's going on and all the dogs being groomed seemed content, not agitated or upset. I would highly recommend!

I should also add that they're very conscientious about any status reports on your dog if they've had a tick bite or anything like that everyone keeps you really well updated so that's so appreciated. I'm so happy that I found you guys and that I can continue to bring Fleur and Haka to you!!!

I was in and out within 45 minutes. It was my first experience at this vet and I would highly recommend!! Bill was very reasonable for an emergency visit and services needed. Cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of Sailor! 💓

They all welcome you with a smile, my Shitzuh loves them, they spoil her with treats. Dr Best Hall is very thorough and very gentle with the animals. The office as well as the rooms are extremely clean. I would highly recommend them.

Turns out that I was barking up the wrong tree and these guys were in no way related. The vet was extremely pragmatic and did a great job. I can't say enough nice things about them.

35 Patrick Ln #4, PoughkeepsieSTRONGLY RECOMMEND. Nil’s extraordinary patience and wisdom gave us the tools and confidence to help our dog be happier, better socialized, and more content. It took only *two hours* of classtime to bring our dog from scared and reactive around other dogs to calm and delighted (in a controlled environment). You have to put in the work at home, of course, but it’s a short distance between practicing and seeing the results.
We’ve worked with a handful of trainers online and in person -- Nil is hands down the most empathetic, clear, and effective. I realize now we had been working with people who just knew more than we did; working with Nil is light years past those experiences. She is a true expert not just in dogs, but in how to get humans to help their dogs have a higher quality of life.

We had our 1 y/o daughter with us and just wanted a quick drink and bite, but we left after almost 2 hours of small talk with everyone, giving our girl a few tastes of the food - the best pretzels, poutine, and meatballs in the area, and it felt like we were leaving our living room, it was hard to say goodbye!
Great beer, great food, great staff and happiness all around. We can’t wait to come back!

They tout these unique features: Premium Loose-Leaf Tea Bases; the typical ability to customize your sugar and ice; real fruit, purees, and lactose-free milk, oat milk, or coconut milk; healthier toppings like chia seeds or low-sugar crystal boba; and steeped daily with no preservatives. In addition to various boba and smoothies, they have ice cream, packets of various loose leaf tea, tea accessories and other cute gifts. I enjoyed the original black milk bubble tea. You can order at the kiosk or at the register and they have a rewards program too. Service was fast and friendly. I like how this outdoor mall has stores that open in the front and back. Nearby are Smoothie king, Palace dumpling, cvs, jersey Mike's and shop rite. Wish this place well and look forward to returning!
