My phone display was not functioning properly and I needed a new phone. Not only did he take care of it but was able to get the stuff off my old phone even though the display didnt work!”

“I went to the Verizon store because I was experiencing a lot of difficulty with customer service attempting to rectify an issue with my service and billing. The manager, Kevin and two of his colleagues, Dajour and Bryant spent much time and energy over two days supporting me through what would’ve been a situation that caused me to switch to a different company. Their genuine caring and compassion throughout the situation was the type of customer service that just does not exist anymore. If you have never been to the Verizon store on route 300 in NEWBURGH, I highly suggest that you make it your business to go and request one of these three gentlemen. They are truly incredible souls.”
