The Backstage area was clean, bright, organized and had great selections and prices. I was traveling by with some returns in my car and only stopped due to the traffic... what a great find. “If I could more than 5 stars I would. The items at Ardene are such good quality and the rewards program and in-store sales are amazing ( which I really appreciate in this economy)
But my real reason for writing this review is to highlight the AMAZING store manager, Alexis. She was nothing short of amazing at helping me with an issue I was having with a previous purchase. She went above and beyond to help me. I will come back to that store not only for the great clothes and prices but because she displayed quality customer service. I came out smiling from ear to ear and wanting to tell everyone I know to shop there. If there’s a position higher than store manager at the Palisades Mall location, please consider her for it. I was fortunate to find several sample items at greatly reduced prices and two pieces from their Renew section. The sales assistants were helpful and my time spent shopping here was my nirvana !”
