“I have been going to Bianca jewelers for a long time - mostly to repair jewelry and watches. They always do a great job and are responsive and friendly. Today, I brought in a necklace that my toddler had broken. It wasn't fine jewelry, but it was a wedding gift that I am very attached to. After taking a careful look and explaining what could and couldn't be done, Lisa took out her pliers and carefully re-attached the clasp to the chain, handing it back at no cost. I'm not able to afford the fine pieces they sell in the store, but they always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!”

“I had the best experience coming to Lovely Bride. My bridal consultant was Janelle, who was communicative, a great listener and made me and my family feel super welcomed. Prior to my appointment she communicated with me via text to identify my top 3 dresses I wanted to start with. She asked great questions to understand how a felt about each style I tried on. I ended up falling in love with my wild card that I tried on. She was not pushy to tell me that it was the one based on my reaction, but allowed me to navigate it myself my asking great questions. She knew I had another appointment later in the day and did not make me feel bad about that or like I had to make a decision on the spot. All of my selections were in the portal later that day with pricing. I eventually made a purchase appointment 2 weeks later all communicating via text (super easy). This time I wanted to bring my Grandma who has limited mobility and would not be able to make it my wedding. I gave the salon a heads up and they put us in the room closest to the entrance so she would not have to walk much and even offered to take out their ramp in front of the store to accommodate the three steps they have to enter. In the end I said yes to my dress and had the most welcoming experience with my closest people, which I will never forget. Lovely Bride holds a select amount of brands that feel a lot smaller and more niche than what you would find at a big wedding store. I LOVED that. It was the only store in NY that held the original dress I wanted to try on and the only store in NY to hold the brand I ended up purchasing, which I thought was pretty cool.”

From the start, even though she had taken over our first contact person at ADA, she introduced herself with such a friendly attitude and was very comprehensive in explaining the whole process to my partner and I. I brought my wedding dress in to be hemmed and knew it would be slightly tricky because it had to be brought up from the waist, due to a ton of beading at the bottom. Her understanding of what needed to be done and suggestions on additional modifications (like bringing up the shoulders) were flawless. My dress fit perfectly when I picked it up. She was able to meet my timeline even though it was a quick turnaround and her pricing was fair. 10/10 would recommend to any bride who needs adjustments to their dress. You are in great hands. “From start to finish, my experience with Carol Hannah was incredible and everything I hoped buying a wedding dress would be. The dress I bought from Carol was actually my second and should have been my first! I made the mistake of going to a rushed, pressured, stressful, annoying big name NYC bridal warehouse and getting a dress that was fine but really wasn’t THE dress.I found Carol Hannah after my Instagram algorithm got me and the Aquarelle in satin faced organza propped up. I was in love. I emailed immediately and asked if they could rush it, had a size in the studio to try on (I’m tall and curvy) and made sure it fit my budget - I was in luck! All three were yeses (and the rush cost was even super reasonable).The Friday before Christmas, I went into NYC and met with Carol to try the dress. It was everything I hoped for and more. Carol was a delight and explained what inspired her to make the dress and took time and care with me. I gained weight in the last few years and have struggled with my body, but I was never ever made to feel like I didn’t belong in this beautiful piece of art. Carol was reassuring and kind and reminded me a few times that the dress was meant to fit me, not the other way around. Truly, a wonderful experience.I picked up my actual dress yesterday ahead of my May wedding and didn’t think it was possible to love it more…but I do! It was absolutely perfect and made for me. Carol even made some minor adjustments with tacking while I was there to make it even more perfect.I cannot wait to wear this dress and cannot recommend Carol Hannah enough!!! She’s caring, respectful and supportive. It’s like she knew what I wanted and needed when I walked in and she takes the complexity and intimidation out of the process. My guest and I were the only ones in the suite. I love that they only accommodate one bride at a time. Janna was amazing! She listened to everything I wanted. She was kind and patient. The last dress I tried on was one Janna actually chose and it ended up being MY DRESS! This shop has unique dresses not the same common styles you seen all the time. I ended up getting everything I wanted and didn't compromise on my budget. “Was flying in the day before an important event and needed a business (ish) suit. They were able to make some modifications after a brief fitting. Within about an hour I was walking out with the whole suit, etc. Not a flashy cutting edge fashion suit, but quite classic and did the job, was certainly better than having to buy and transport an outfit on long flights. “The whole experience at Wedding Atelier was wonderful and beyond my expectations. The whole staff is friendly and attentive, even if they were not working directly with me. They are very welcoming and put everyone at ease at what could otherwise be an intimidating and potentially nerve-wracking experience! My bridal consultant, Alisa, was fabulous - I loved working with her! She was able to quickly and nimbly navigate my experiences so far with looking for a dress and hone in on exactly what I liked or disliked even from just a conversation. It speaks to her ability to ask directed questions and quickly get to know her clients. I was able to try on several different dresses, and Alisa made the process feel organized and structured instead of overwhelming as she was able to pick up, with each dress, what was liked or disliked and made each subsequent dress try-on closer to the target. And once a dress was found, she was able to give me and my guests the space we needed to think about it, consider cost, and weigh our options without any pressure. And when concerns arose about price and final costs, she answered all questions quickly, professionally, and objectively. She was always professional while also being friendly and someone I could speak plainly with - the perfect combination for an excellent bridal consultant! Our first stop was Amsale, and we were pleasantly surprised with how quickly we achieved everything we came into the city for - all in ONE stop at Amsale. We worked with Stacy Hamm - she was kind, knowledge, and efficient. The fabric of the dresses at Amsale is a much higher quality than many of the typical bridesmaids dresses you see all over online. Not only did we pick out three amazing styles of bridesmaid dress, but I also found little white dresses for the rehearsal/ welcome party and farewell brunch. She then made the ordering process easy and smooth for myself and all my bridesmaids. Highly recommend for all brides out there!”
