“Lily's Vegan Pantry is a jackpot for frozen vegan goodies at fair prices. They've got a solid range of vegan meats that can jazz up your plant-based cooking game. Plus, the staff here is nice and quick to help you out. I splurged on the vegan oxtail for $13, and let's just say it wasn't my thing. Ended up tossing the whole thing. Also grabbed a couple of onigiris at $5 a pop, but they were seriously lacking in the veggie meat department - felt like munching on plain rice balls. On the flip side, their beef jerky was a flavor bomb, totally worth snagging. Lily's Vegan Pantry is a go-to spot for stocking up on vegan cooking essentials without burning a hole in your pocket. Just skip the ready made items.”

I placed an order for Valentines Day and didn’t get the shipment details, I followed up with a phone call, they were able to verify that It was gonna arrive on time and when it wasn’t they found away to make my Valentines special for me and my partner. Couldn’t thank them for that and nothing but great words to and high praises for the how incredibly tasting the baked goods were. Will be ordering regularly and frequently until they expand! “This is the BEST Whole Foods- Ive been going to the one in my neighborhood for 24 years. I walk a little extra -through Madison Square Park to this one on Madison because of the overall quality of the produce, dairy (not sold out- it seems the whole Foods closest to me has people shopping for their groceries & since COVID it has doubled(?) - so many times I cannot find the milk or other dairy) and the butcher department is incredible. The only area that seems "lean" is the bread department- but it is still good. This is a wonderful food shopping experience- and a membership in Prime helps with the sales.”

The layout of the store is weird, broken up into several sections and it can be confusing as to where things are. Overall, reliable for the kitchen staples.”

I really appreciate Joel who helps me out every time when I come in with my son. He works week days and knows about every single one of their juice cleanses. You should know if you have an appointment for a shot/booster, that you will likely have a wait. “Consultation was a bit rushed. Language barrier played a huge part, didn't understand all that was said. 80$ 6 day prescription, 20$ Consulting for a cold and high B.P. herbs first day gave me the runs. Maybe I ate too soon. Soup with crackers. Was told to drink on empty stomach, which I did. Had soup 90 mins later. Felt so sick to my stomach . Next day I waited 3 hrs to eat anything. Felt relief from cold symptoms immediately. These herbs are strong and effective. Give them a try. Ewa I will be back when I'm facing an ailment.”

Pretty extensive in size, there’s a whole section dedicated to specialty and health products as well as a a deli counter with pastries, wraps, sandwiches and freshly pressed fruit juices or smoothies. There’s also a self-serve coffee & tea counter.”
