“First I'd like to say the customer service from whoever answered the phone to the many knowledgeable employees they have on the floor to always help is amazing . I went there to get keys made but wasn't coming back in the area for a week so I wa Ted confirmation if the keys didn't work was ok to come back a week later with them ? The answer was a resounding YES NOT A ISSUE !!! Well the keys were cut perfectly (5) in total . Great place and if in the area of Columbia University I suggest 100 % use them for your hardware needs !”

Maia helped us redesign a very small Manhattan kitchen that had almost no storage. She focused on functionality first, which I appreciated. Every cabinet has a purpose now, appliances fit perfectly, and the workflow actually makes sense.
Gevanta managed the construction and scheduling, and what stood out to me was how proactive he was.
Also, what I liked about them is that materials were already ordered and stored before demolition started, which avoided delays that friends of mine experienced with other contractors.
There were building inspections, shutoffs, and coordination with neighbors that I barely noticed because NYKB handled everything behind the scenes.
The kitchen looks beautiful, but more importantly it works incredibly well every day.”
“I never even knew there was a show room for Ferguson and when I walked in, it nearly made me giddy to see so many products up close and personal so I could order with confidence.
But the real treat was our salesperson Janam Patel. So knowledgeable, so kind - and possessing a keen eye. Janam really took care of us. He would call with updates and involved in our every need. It was an exceptional experience.

They made us feel like the priority, our opinions and concerns were addressed. They always made sure we had all the information necessary to make informed decisions about the project. David and Keith were the only contractors out of the group we interviewed that were punctual. They were always on time for in person and virtual meetings. They always called ahead. They provided schematics and detailed plans and projections that allowed usto visualize and understand what they planned to do in my families home. They surpass your expectations and always make you feel they have your best interest at heart. I highly recommend them.”

“Highly highly recommend! This is our third renovation, two other properties in other states, and I have to say this gave me renewed faith in the construction industry. From design to material selection to the construction process to detail work after the main work was done they were excellent every step of the way. Every single person was nice and professional.Hany was the designer that helped us and he was able to sketch out what I could not verbalize. He was fantastic at gently, nudging me when I was going in the wrong direction which honestly truly I needed it. I don’t know how to design a closet, but he was very clear about asking what my needs were and designing the perfect closet from there. I am obsessed with my closet. Same thing with the stove. I went back-and-forth on multiple stoves and ultimately Hani helped me select one that every single day I look at the stove and I go wow you’re pretty. He also came up with the molding that is all around our apartment which adds a feminine element. Loft buildings are beautiful, but often they can be very masculine. Beyond the design, the construction team was great. Because we live in such an old old old old building, there were a lot of issues and they were able to remedy the issues as well as build a protected box for us to live in. The office staff was incredibly kind. The billing was on point and accurate. Sol, the owner, Is a good guy. The company clearly has a good culture and attracts like-minded people.
If you want to work with a talented team that cares about doing a good job and being fair and honest and ethical this is the right company.”

“Although you can purchase everything online, visiting the showroom is a much better experience because you can actually see the quality and finishes of the products in person. I was shopping for a faucet, and while I ended up purchasing it online, seeing the different options in the store helped me make my decision with confidence.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I spent about 10 minutes looking around before a staff member finally asked if I needed help. After I said yes, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to assist me. During that time, I saw several employees walking around, but no one seemed particularly interested in helping customers.
The products themselves are excellent, and the showroom is worth visiting, but the customer service could definitely be improved. These products last a life time, so I will definitely continue to buy Kohler.”

Chris Esguerra was our designer and he is truly the definition of a professional in all aspects of his work. We had some questions on the project details recently and he had the answers to us within the hour. That's 4 years after completion! Eggsersmann truly offers the best in service and a very high end design.”
“I'm in CA and came across Cocktail Kingdom searching for some cool and unique gear to make my Manhattan's at home. I particularly loved the David Wondrich collection, so I got the Lindley-pick strainer, all the Finewell bitters bottles, and the Sazerac Kit. Only complaint on that order was the silver julip strainer in the Sazerac Kit was tarnished, but it cleaned right up with silver polish, no harm no foul.
A year later I added the Yarai Mixing glass, and some of the mixing spoons. Order after that I got the stepped jigger, stainless strainer, and the Sokata mixing glass, and this was my first quality issue I encountered. While everything arrived fine, the stainless stepped jigger showed rust after about a month.
Unlike, many of the low star reviews, my complaint to their email support was answered quickly, and even better, resolved almost immediately. I was sent a new stepped jigger that arrived in less than 10 days free of charge, and while I offered to return the damaged/rusted one, they did not require me to return it.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Cocktail Kingdom, especially for their unique collection items. Perhaps their customer service has improved or I just got the best customer service rep...his name was Mohamed.”
