11:30AM - 7:30PM
353 W 47th St, New York“Knowledgeable, kind, helpful staff, many who have worked there for years, which says a lot. Fantastic array of hardware and housewares at fair prices. A true neighborhood anchor.”
“I was so excited to come to this shop (from Toronto) they have a lot of italian items, dish cloths, clothing and souvenirs. We were able to get dish cloths from our region in italy, pastas of italy, etc. You can't normally find these items. They sold cafeterias, pizzelle makers ,etc. Reminded me of little italy in Toronto when it was lively and vibrant. Store is small and can be difficult to get around but it's worth it.”
10AM - 6PM
57 Warren St, New York“Had a great time talking to Vincent about knife sharpening. He is the goat and it was great to finally meet him after watching his videos on YouTube. I had a great time getting a new nakiri and some other kitchen goods.”
“With Fine Linens, always have the best customer support and service with each order. Have placed over 10 orders with this firm and all have been superb. I totally trust this firm.”
“Compete Tile Collection is a dream! Beautiful showroom, excellent selection, knowledgeable staff. Ada is the best! So helpful and attentive to every detail, and always available - her great taste and advice is unmatched!!”
“I LOVE this place. The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful. They almost always have exactly what I’m looking for and, even though I’ve never asked, I feel like they would order something if they didn’t have it. It’s such a gift to have in our neighborhood.”
“Bought loads from this shop from pots to knifes to chopsticks. What dreams are made of and they have a great variety and staff is so kind. Bring cash tho!! Will be returning for any kitchen items needed”
“I worked with Noy, Rojda, and Q from NYKB on a gut remodel of a bathroom. We also updated some lighting and installed nice new automated blinds. My wife and i are extremely happy with the results and with NYKB. In particular, the bathroom is just gorgeous and much more functional than it was before. The design advice, project management, workmanship, and communication were first rate. Highly recommended.”
“Awesome store. I've been wanting a small suribachi bowl and they had it at a super reasonable price. In fact everything is priced accordingly. They have some beautiful knives that I'm sure supply some of the best chefs in the area.”
9:30AM - 6:30PM
41 W 25th St, New York“We are thrilled with the work that Sol and team did on our kitchen in Westfield, NJ. From start to finish, it was a great experience with no stress. They presented us a vision that optimized the layout very well, and helped us select the best materials. They then built it perfectly, with great craftsmanship and attention to detail. They also did an excellent job on a number of extra projects for us including a custom office, finished laundry room, recessed lighting and many other things that came up as we moved into our new house. It made a huge difference to our house and we get tons of compliments on everything they worked on. Highly recommend - we will absolutely be going to them for any future work.”
“My wife and I had our washing machine burn out. The team at Bondy gave us a great deal on a new stackable set that included delivery, install, and removal of our old set. Could have not made the process any easier. They really have access to some great options and take pride in their work. I got a follow up call on delivery day to make sure everything went according to plan and that we were satisfied. Thank you Aron & Avi for your help!”
9AM - 5PM
23 Jane St, New York“Every piece is a work of art. A foundry in Manhattan is incredible these days. They create the best hardware in the world and our clients are never disappointed.”
9:30AM - 9:30PM
795 Columbus Ave, New York“It's the only Home Goods in Manhattan so you better love it or be ready to travel way outside of the borough to get your tchotchkes, tableware, candles and Halloween gear. That said I really like their staff and have made some good finds here. Please be nice to the staff. It's hard to find staff that's helpful, pleasant and not weird. Doubling down on how awesome the staff is here. I had an awful retail experience today but I left that awful store and got what I needed at Home. Goods cheaper than where I was treated like the worst kind of second-class citizen at Rainbow Ace Hardware on the Upper East Side. And because this store is so cool and they let dogs in I got to meet the cutest little dog that just made my day. Keep doing what you guys do over there! Can't show you enough appreciation.”
“I've used Knockout on three projects: full kitchen and bathroom remodel (about 15 years ago), half bathroom remodel (about 5 years ago), and then some touch up work on the full bathroom remodel (due to about 15 years passing since the original remodel). Their team is dedicated to their work and brings creative ideas to the process. They make what can be a seemingly daunting process much easier. Their warranty service gives you long-term peace of mind, too. You'll love your new living space when the Knockout team is finished!”
“Although they were out of what I needed they were helpful and friendly. They have bar stools at the service counter. I was pleased that they normally carry what I want. Maybe I won't have to travel to get plumbing parts when I need them. I would have given them five stars if they had had the part.”
7AM - 4:30PM
1250 Park Ave, New York“I'm not a professional, so this is targeted at those of who need something for their home. They've always had what we needed for the apartment. The prices are reasonable for the location and the service helps you get what you need.”
“I worked with Andre both in person and offline and the whole experience was pleasant and efficient. He helped me balance mid-range pieces with more expensive ones and I ended up with a beautiful selection. Plus they're keeping everything a little longer in warehouse until we have space for it. Book an appointment though because it gets busy. Very happy!”
“It is always a plesasure to shop at the Ferguson gallery. I recent;ly had a problem with one of the products that they sold. Ashley Newman was superb, standing by the product, refunding, and offering alternatives.”
“Frankie went above and beyond his role to help me find a solution instead of selling products in the store's inventory. He even reached out to his team for some recommendations/solutions, and responded on the following day. The cashier was also awesome, he noticed that I was looking for Frankie while checking out another customer and notified Frankie to assist me. I was looking for a faucet adaptor that's no more than a few bucks, and Frankie/his team demonstrated great customer service professionalism in compared with several other plumbing stores which just responded "we don't carry this type of adapters."”
“Oodles of oddities in this adorable, welcoming space. Clever sayings on loads of fun, practical gifts from totes to tea towels, and if you're traveling, this is a good place to find an array of light, flat, packable souvenirs while supporting a local, small business. GREAT card selection--good luck choosing just one. You’ll find something here for everyone on your list, including your kitty and doggo. Bonus: this is the perfect spot to duck into if, like us, you're out exploring Hell's Kitchen and get caught in the rain!”
