βI know it is a bit weird to be leaving a review on a branch of a bank but I would like to give praise to the staff at this location, specifically the employees present on Friday, May 12, 2023 during near closing time. From what I could witness, there is respect, dutifulness, and kindness from these employees (from the security guard to the tellers).β

βI recently called the Citizens Bank Union Square branch and Anahi who answered the phone was extremely professional and helpful. She provided clear information and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated her courteous assistance.I recommend this location by far.β

βAtms are available 24 hrs and there are 5 of them to use. After office hours the main door can only be opened by swiping ATM cards. Sometimes i notice guards are detailed here night time or weekends. I feel safe coming here.β

βThis is a pretty spacious dedicated ATM location. Most ATM locations feel as if they're an afterthought. The machines are stuffed in a narrow area and are more like telephone booths. This ATM location is different.When walking into the doors, the bank is straight ahead and the ATMs are in a dedicated space to the right. There's lovely art on the wall (Wells Fargo logo) and chairs in this foyer area BEFORE you get to the ATM room. You'll need your bank card during off hours to get in, but I love the design here.β

βApartment Life, Karissa is doing such a great job for the community at The Landings. Today we had Massage Monday at the Nail salon . Also they shared Apple Cider, tea, It was a very nice activity.β
βalthough the 26st location had a entry door malfunction and was closed to limited transactions i was still able to complete a deposit and official check withdrawal totally outstanding limited services but with direct teller assistance no other bank wouldn't do this i could not bet on itβ
