“So much great variety at this north fork gem! Great vegan options and n/a drinks. The curry cashews they carry are delicious! They also carry natural beauty supplies.”
“IGA Southold is a convenient and dependable spot for groceries on the North Fork. They offer a good selection of fresh produce, meats, and pantry staples, especially considering its size. The deli is handy for quick lunch items. Prices are fair for the area, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. A solid, essential local market!”
“The guy below this DID need to relax- I was there and the staff was completely courteous despite having to deal with such a screaming maniac and there being a line. Settle down, relax, go home and make your own sandwich exactly to your liking!”
“Always clean, well stocked, and well organized—and since winter 2025, much more intuitively arranged!
Checkout lines sometimes get backed up.”
“Well I went here to get some fill in foods such gf breads, crackers, tea, coffee, and juice. The store is labeled well with the products in each isle. The store is clean free of odors hazardous materials”
“Great little health food shop to go and get your slightly more healthy Fixin‘s. Everything from chocolate to soap. You might even be able to eat the soap…Standard East End pricing that’s why it’s got four stars for me instead of five.”
“Great grab and go lunch options (salads, wraps, smoothies, etc.). Some of the grocery items can get expensive, but if you need something specific (vegan, GF, etc.) you’ll likely find a brand you know and love. The vegan broccoli salad was delicious!”
“The customer service is very good, yesterday I went to the deli and two very kind ladies helped me and they said hello, good afternoon, how can I help you? I asked them for what I needed and they gave me my order cleanly and I kindly asked them by name. Her name is Tatiana and another one is called Vanessa, they are very kind. I have seen very bad reviews and some are not true. The food is very good and the customer service is also good.”
“This is such a funny/lovely little grocery. It reminded me of the small town grocery store from the 2007 flop, "The Mist." It also has shockingly good music playing throughout the store. I found myself dancing several times in the aisles only to catch of a glimpse of several other shoppers doing the same. What a riot!”
“Here's the thing. My father buys the best steaks you can buy in NYC. Our porterhouse from Wayside this summer was the most exceptional and memorable steak he or any of the rest of us have had in years. Yes it was pricey, but there simply is nothing to say besides that the best doesn't come cheap. I can't speak to the rest if Wayside's offerings, but when it comes to beef, there is no equal. Treat yourself!”
“Made a quick stop here for an early lunch on the way to the Orient Point Ferry. What a nice quaint place with real friendly staff! I had the Quinoa Salad which was wonderful as it was freshly made with excellent greens and a light salad dressing. Nice quantity and reasonably priced. My wife had the Ham, Brie and Apple sandwich which she thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend this place.”
