That’s me every time I leave this store. I purchased everything in this photo for less than $100. And don’t get me started on the furniture.”
“Went to Kohl’s this morning to pick up a few items.
Mario was extremely helpful and was so willing to assist me!
I needed to run to my car before purchasing my items
and Mario kept them secure and was waiting for me upon my arrival back into the store.
While I was trying to manage the self check out I realized one of my items didn’t have a bar code ticket.
Once again, Mario stepped In to assist me and could not have been nicer!

“Typical HoneGoods location. Very large, very crowded, and this one is overly cluttered. Lots of merchandise EVERYwhere. No bathrooms. Saw only one employee in the floor. Checkout line was well thought out-1 line feeding into several cashiers-and moved quickly. Lots of parking. Accessible ♿️.”
“A lot of variety of products, very affordable prices within everyone's reach, but they should improve customer service, the attitude of the guys inside the store is quite arrogant, always in a bad mood. Not everyone is the same, I understand that there are many thieves in the area but not all people should be treated as such.”

“This store is bigger than the ones in Scarsdale and White Plains that I usually go to. They have a ton of selection of stuff you’ll need at home. I love candles and coffee mugs. I usually get pet stuff from home goods but this place don’t have any cat friendly items. It’s mostly for dogs ?. I couldn’t explore the whole store but I’m glad I went in here.”
“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”

“Well kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.”
“I have been going to Raindew for years and they were currently taken over by On Point ( new management - same location) I have to say that my experiences with On Point have been wonderful. I love the former in house Pharmacist Maria who left with the management change but I have been pleasantly surprised by Nick and the present pharmacy staff! My husbands insurance moved to mail order. Not happy to leave Raindew/ On Point. Last week I hade been searching for a medication that my insurance would not cover, had been back ordered most other places and is very expensive!! I was getting the runaround with OptumRx and was at my wits end - so I decided to try Raindew/ On Point. I called and spoke to Nick. He not only knew that he had the medication (available the next day) but was able to locate a coupon and got me a significant discount! I didn't even ask for the coupon he went out of his way to get it!! BRAVO to all and their professional and personal excellence!!”

If you're also a Queens resident, the drive is worth it as parking is plentiful and it is the best stocked store!”
“Very safe area to shop and the employees there are very helpful especially the people walking the floors putting things back. There was a lovely lady there that helped me look for PJ's for my gf and she left me with a shopping cart since I was having a hard time holding my things. Thank you. “The store is truly big you could spend hours in there. The prices are not bad at all and they have a wide selection of pretty much everything you're looking for from infant to adults all the way to college kids there's nothing you would miss however you can stay there for hours and they will not allow you to use the bathroom indicating the bathrooms out of service truly not true they told a pregnant woman to go next door to Wendy's which is not quite next door it's a little walk. I understand that you don't want to have public bathroom but if you have Shoppers in the store a code even on the receipt would be great . Check out was very quick. I'll go back”

“This location is on the smaller size but conveniently located next to a TJX. Interestingly the two stores are not connected internally as they sometimes are at some locations when they are side by side. There is also a Marshalls on the other side of the lot making this the ultimate maxxinista shopping trifecta.”
“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“This may be one of the last physical holdouts of a famous brick and mortar brand. It’s a huge retail space with an absolutely ENORMOUS parking lot. The store is well stocked and modern. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. The same real estate was once occupied by another famous retailer: Abraham & Straus.”
