“The five stars is for the wonderful lady Debbie that I had the pleasure of meeting at the dressing room try on area ,she greeted me with a smile and kindness ,engaging in a conversation,she also let me know about a survey (to mention to cashier when I checked out ,and asked if I wanted to open a credit card .She truly made my visit pleasant,she should be acknowledged for her customer service skills !Now ,to the unpleasant part of my visit -my cashier ,badgering me about making a donation,when I first declined ,that should have been end of story ,but it wasn’t,made me very uncomfortable,even asking to take my change when the transaction was finished,she barely understood English ,which made communication horrendous .And when I mentioned the survey to her as told to me by Debbie at fitting room ,she asked me if I wanted to try pants on ?wont be returning any time soon ,hire people who are able to communicate to accommodate your paying guests .”

There’s also a fitting room, which is great if you want to try things on right away and return anything that doesn’t work. For quick pickups, easy returns, and smooth service, this spot makes online shopping feel effortless.
Note: This is strictly a pickup location, not a full shopping store, so plan to grab your order and go. They also have dog treats!”

I especially want to recognize Maria, who I believe is part of the management team, for going above and beyond to help me with a complicated return. She listened with patience, understanding, and empathy, and made what could have been a stressful experience easy to resolve. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and I am very grateful for her assistance.

“The sales associate named brunny from Bay Terrace, Was so amazing. I’m trying to find a chair to complete the set for my house and she took the time on the phone to help me look for it, no luck at the store, but she was amazing in trying to help me.”
“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“First off I have to say I've been shopping at this Marshalls since I moved to New York in 2017. The staff have always been attentive and nice. On this particular day though, I've experienced a kindness that I've not seen in all of my days on this planet. The cashier Camila at register #6 was so thoughtful, she asked me if I wanted a handle for my pillow. Then took the time to carefully create a handle out of tape for me to carry that pillow from this establishment to my small overpriced New York apartment. Thank you Camila, you made my night with that beautiful experience.”

“I visited Marshall’s today located at 2952 third Avenue Bronx N.Y 10455 which is right in my neighborhood. I love shopping here because I always have a good experience and find what I’m looking for. Today I came across an employee by the name of Nalleli who is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside she was very kind, helpful and just has an overall positive energy and attitude about her. “The best place to find bargains and carries all party supplies. School supplies, toys etc. A great place for economical shopping. Closes early on Fridays due to religious observances and opens later in the day on Saturday. You can find most of what you need and then some.”
“The store is truly big you could spend hours in there. The prices are not bad at all and they have a wide selection of pretty much everything you're looking for from infant to adults all the way to college kids there's nothing you would miss however you can stay there for hours and they will not allow you to use the bathroom indicating the bathrooms out of service truly not true they told a pregnant woman to go next door to Wendy's which is not quite next door it's a little walk. I understand that you don't want to have public bathroom but if you have Shoppers in the store a code even on the receipt would be great . Check out was very quick. I'll go back”
“Always a nice and neat store to visit which is usually fully stocked. They just need to go back to 5.00 or below because the price increases are outrageous. I can see maybe paying more than 5.00 for large items but pajamas were our favorite shopping experience when they were 5.00 and now many are 7.00 or 10.00, so we limit what we shop for sadly.”
“I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE.This store is huge with all home goods items that have become my one-stop shop (excluding fresh produce and dairy items, obviously, lol). The store is packed with everything you need for your home and personal needs and the best part, their not expensive at all. The store also extends two doors down where you can find even more high-end products at low prices. The best part of this store is the workers. All of them, and I mean all of them, are kind, smart, caring, and carry a behavior trait of that wantingness to help their customers. I love shopping here and I strongly suggest anyone and everyone shop here. I promise you, they have something for everyone.
