In all my previous encounters with purchasing PCs, the Windows OS had always been pre-activated or I was provided with a product key via email. So when I received my new machine from JNCS and noticed a sticker with a partially obscured product key, I was a bit puzzled. However, after a few moments of uncertainty, I realized that I could simply scratch off the paint to reveal the full product activation key. If I were to offer a bit of constructive criticism, I'd say a "getting started" document would be helpful. However, given that the issue here was my own lack of experience, even that is most likely not necessary for the vast majority of JNCS customers.Choosing JNCS for my PC build was an excellent decision. Their professionalism, exceptional service, and attention to detail have left me thoroughly impressed. I'll recommend JNCS to anyone in search of a top quality custom built PC.”

We dropped in to see Abdul at Cricket about the phone issue. After a discussion with him, we were convinced it was time to update our phones. Abdul was very helpful in his recommendations based on our budget and tech level with phones. We purchased two new phones at a very fair price. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”

“I went in to upgrade a phone and add a line. The 2 people who were working at that time were excellent! I had all 3 of my children with me and my 2 year old got restless, understandably. Mari (not sure how to spell her name.. I know I’m probably way off.. sorry) connected her tablet to WiFi and got to work on our services. They were attentive and very patient with us, explained everything I needed I had questions about, and we left within a realistic timeframe for what we were getting. This is my T-Mobile for as long as they’re at this location!”

Very happy with system and even their reliable non-sound decoders. Working with the incredible JMRI software adds lots of time saving and powerful features too.
