“Today was my first day going to CrossFit RSG. I called in the morning with a couple of questions and had the pleasure of speaking with Josh, one of the owners, he was super kind and easy to understand as he answered my questions. Later that day I attended the 6pm class and got to meet Josh and Sarah (Josh’s wife and co-owner) and they were super welcoming! It was just what I needed after being on a year break after having my baby. The people working out that day were SUPER kind and you could tell that they were genuinely happy to see someone else join with them. Sarah was so helpful prior to and during the workout. She went through all of the movements and how to do them and even helped me scale the workout to something that was a challenge but yet achievable since it was my first time being back in the gym after a while. One thing that I loved the most, that may be insignificant to others, was a bin of dry erase whiteboards that you could take to make note of the weight you used for each of the movements. CrossFit workouts can be mentally taxing and having something to track what I had done so far was just what this mama needed, cause we all now that after a hard workout the last thing your brain can do is deal with numbers.”

“Visiting this weekend and dropped in to get my butt whooped. The coach is super knowledgeable with great attention to detail on technique. The class had about 8 others so it was large enough to be a lot of fun but not so large it was crowded. Every single person was kind and uplifting of everybody else. From management to the members this place is a class act. Stop in if you’re ready to get in the best shape of your life with awesome people to cheer you on!”

“I began attending Wolf Brigade in July of 2022. Within the past six months, I’ve surmounted physical and mental challenges I previously thought to be unattainable.All of the trainers are intelligent, vigilant, and well informed people who provide excellent guidance and critique. The sense of community and friendship I’ve found within the others who attend the gym has been profound. Everyone is welcoming and kind.Class is well structured and militant- a challenge off the bat which becomes easier as time goes on. The trainers make sure you have all the tools you need, and peers help along the way as well.I’ve had serious shoulder dislocation injuries from snowboarding, and the trainers have adjusted the programming to fit my specific set of needs. So, don’t be deterred if you are physically limited in a similar respect, there are options and ways to rebuild old injuries and circumvent future ones.10/10, love it here, highly suggest at the very least giving it a shot.”

“I have spent the last three years mostly sitting from hip pain. Finally got both hips replaced but at 72 wasn't sure I could get my strength back after all that sitting. And weight gain. So I walked in to my first appointment at JMB Fitness both scared and in doubt. But I was immediately reassured by both Josh and Devyn that I was in the right place. I am regaining my strength, losing weight and becoming the strong woman I used to be. Any exercise I can't quite do yet is immediately modified until I can do it There is no embarrassment at JMB. There are people tgere of all shapes and sizes. It is a community of people working to get stronger led by kind well informed trainers who really want everyone to succeed.”

“Dropped in to do a workout with a friend of mine and found this gym to be a very community oriented place. Their workout was designed to be highly scalable to your individual needs and they offered several scaling options to choose from.The warmup was unique and kind of fun. We got in a circle and each person took a turn picking a warmup movement for everyone to complete. I would caution anyone reading against picking burpees or running...this resulted in a bit of groaning from the membership.Overall, would recommend this box for drop ins because they are prompt in replying to contacts, welcoming, and provide workouts that you can easily tailor to your level.”

“I would highly recommend Next Level Strength and Conditioning. Our two kids have been attending their programs since middle school and for more than 6 years. Their training has been valuable for our children to build strength, develop speed, and condition their bodies for the sports they play. The strength and flexibility developed through Next Level has allowed our kids to remain healthy through some intense sports schedules. The classes are fun and they have always loved to attend, which has allowed them to develop a consistent workout routine over the years. The instructors are excellent and customer service is remarkable. They are the best strength and conditioning program in the area and we are grateful our kids have had the opportunity to train with them.”

“Today was my first class at Compass and it was the most incredible experience. I hardly ever write reviews but I was so impressed by the atmosphere of Compass that it was necessary, so that should speak for itself!! I did the open flow yoga class with Anna. Straight away I was greeted by several employees in the warmest and most genuine way. Of the numerous yoga classes I have taken in my life, this was by far the best. I felt truly in my body and grounded. It was a great exercise, in addition to an emotional release. The wonderful energy of Anna and everyone at Compass was contagious. The energy has been radiating from me all day. My only wish was that it was more affordable, especially for college students. But that does not take away from their well earned 5 stars because their services are well worth the money! Just unfortunately not tangible for me to afford at this time. Cannot recommend this studio enough and I can’t wait until I have the privilege to take more classes here in the future.”

“Excellent gym with very friendly and helpful staff. They've got a great variety of equipment especially for its size. I especially like how there are plenty of mirrors surrounding the free weight area so that you can check your form.If there was one thing I wish they had that they didn't have when I was there, it would be lighter barbell plates with an 18 inch diameter form factor. They had light plates, down to 2.5 lbs, but they all had varying diameters, with only the heaviest plate being the full 18 inches. As a beginner lifter, I couldn't deadlift from the floor from the proper starting position because I wasn't deadlifting 135 in my routine yet.That small grievance aside, though, I greatly enjoyed being there. The gym was very clean, and the music being played was enjoyable but not overbearing. I anticipate that I'll be returning again the next time I'm in town.”

“I finally found a workout that works for me. Show up, do what the coaches say, and leave one hour later. It couldn't be easier. The classes go by super fast because every day is different. I feel challenged, but I'm never bored.Every class includes running, rowing, weightlifting, and stretching. The warmups and cooldowns are built in. In this way, Orangetheory is a "catered" experience, rather than "à la carte" experience. If all you care about is running a marathon, or if you want to strengthen your upper body but not your lower body, Orangetheory might not be the right gym for you. On the other hand, if you're like me, and you just want to improve your physical and mental health, without learning exactly how to do it, Orangetheory is perfect.Many years ago, while signing up for another gym, the sales staff asked me what I wanted to get out of my membership. "I just want to be healthier," I replied. They didn't know what to do with that answer. Laughing, they told me to be more specific. If you don't think that's a crazy thing to say—if you just want to be healthier, however it's achieved—Orangetheory is a great choice. Just show up and do what the coaches say. You'll leave with a great, full-body workout.I've visited many Orangetheory studios, but I'm leaving this review here, for Victor, my home studio, because it's my favorite by far. Everyone is so friendly, and the coaches are great. I especially love attending Grant's classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. He's a fun dude, and we happen to have similar tastes in music. Jenn is also super motivating and a skilled runner. Geoff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't complain about a single one of them.Give it a shot and see what you think. There are lots of promotions going on all the time, like free trial classes. You might find it really works for you.”

“These workouts are WAY more fun and challenging than working out alone in my home gym!Exercising consistently with an elevated heart rate is key for cardiovascular health. An OTF workout never fails to get my heart pumping and I'm using the heart rate monitor to track my improvements.The studio is very clean. And the staff are all super warm and welcoming!”

“I've been coming to M/Body for years, so I figured it's time for me to write a review! I can absolutely only say great things about this gym. They are SO welcoming and make everyone feel comfortable. The instructors are so kind and always willing to make adjustments based on fitness level or injury. My fitness ability has increased an infinite amount while coming here, and it's genuinely my happy place. There's always plenty of class types and times on the schedule. My personal favorites are strength fusion, TRX, and spinning. If you're looking for a neighborhood gym with a sense of community, definitely check it out!”

“Webster is a great CrossFit gym. There’s a focus on strength cycles. Typically one Olympic movement and two barbell strength movements are focused on for a cycle. If you want to get strong quick, then you should definitely try out Webster for 3 months. I’m sure you’ll be blown aware with the changes in that time. The people are super welcoming, supportive, and encouraging.”

“I was referred by my doctor to increase my mobility. The pool therapy is in really warm water and features a pool floor which raises and lowers and has a built in grab bar. I was taught water walking and balance exercises. I then found a community pool to continue the work in. Very effective!”

Super fun atmosphere, challenging workouts for any level of fitness. 6:00am is where its at, get here.”
