“I am not sure I can fully put into words how much I love my ThermApparel cooling vest. Life changing might be the only way I can truly describe what this product and company have meant to me. I got my first vest years ago, I think 2018, and then a year or two later I got a second vest with their extend cool packs.
I have multiple sclerosis and the heat, especially if humid, almost renders me completely useless. I tried several cooling devices but nothing seemed to help. Then I met Kurtis and Julia and they introduced me to their newer (at that time) product. I gave it a try and it was absolutely blown away. It fits snugly around my body and cools my core down in a way that allows me to remain active like no other product I have tried. I have used it to help me with gardening, kayaking, rock climbing and even just sitting outside or going for a walk with my husband on really hot humid evenings. Having 2 sets of their cooling packs has been key for me because I can keep one set in the freezer or a cooler (if away from home) and swap them out every few hours as needed.
Just now, in 2026, I needed to replace my cooling packs and used their recycling program to get 2 brand new sets at a huge discount. It is incredible that they offer this recycling program! I definitely would go with their extend cool packs if you aren’t sure. They’re worth it.

“100% recommend, Above and beyond service ‼️ my 6 yr old needed an air cast for her wrist, after having her hard cast removed. Her Ortho referred us to fonte but they didn't have any, called around and were told we would have to go back to her Ortho for another referral, of course they said they couldn't get her back in today. Called at least a dozen other places and they either couldn't or wouldn't help without the referral. We went to upstate and they were closed, but as we were leaving a young lady was coming to the door and asked what we needed. After explaining the situation, she said that the doctor was out of town and she was still training and didn't know how to fit them yet. Then this lovely person invited us in and called the doctor, I didn't catch his name but this gentleman said he would gladly walk her through the process to get her taken care of. She did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for them both. I commend them on their wonderful service because people just don't do this anymore . Your service and character speak volumes, and you have gained a lifetime customer.P.S. Dear Doctor, she's a keeper, give her a raise! And pat yourself on the back. You are appreciated sir!”

“I visited WMS/Gates in the Spring of 2024 for information about lift chairs for my Mother. I was glad to learn of the WMS/Brighton location when I needed to bring my Mother in store because it was closer to us. We purchased a lift chair with heat and massage for my Mother and when the time came, WMS/Brighton moved it from my Mother's address to mine. At the time I envisioned enjoying it as a nice piece of furniture not knowing that I would become totally relying on it for sleeping due to my developing osteoporosis and not being able to lie flat.

Currently, I am anxiously waiting for the delivery of a newly designed rollator that's not bulky, lightweight and has other comparable features. I believe it was fairly recent that WMS/Brighton received a demo of this item for display. I know if I had visited in-store prior to WMS/Brighton having the demo, I would have purchased the commonly styled rollator and would not have known about this newer design which I believe will serve me just fine.

“I've always taken care of my teeth. Oral care is imperative, you'd be surprised as to the multiple benefits gained from simply an extra brushing, flossing can make. Poor oral care can create a lot of problems. I recently had another crown put in. It was in the front of my mouth so it needed more work before being put in. At RTG this is one of their specialties. Color shading, etc. And this is where I was sent. But they do a lot more than what they did for my tooth, please read their website. What I thought was going to be a little hole in the wall place, a handful of people operating a machine doing the work, WRONG!!! This place is an industry, an institution of highly skilled professionals. And I may add that certain things are done by hand. (painting and shading). I couldn't believe it. The place is huge, full of work stations, cubicles of tech's working on teeth. It made me think of makeup artists preparing actors and actresses for a big time movie. LOL The 2 people who worked on my tooth were Chris and Todd. They were the most nicest technicians. Todd came up and greeted me and took me back to his work station and introduced me to his partner Chris. They were both very personable and proud employees. They explained all the things they do. And they do a lot of things to make your teeth look right. From shooting pictures of your teeth (different angles, lighting) to literally doing touch up paint work on the tooth. I was impressed. I was very pleased with Chris and Todd's work. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them and RTG Dental Labs. 5 stars for RTG.”
