“Stumbled on this store and they have all sorts of holiday, seasonal, and everyday items for really cheap!!! You can basically find anything in there. Reminds me of the dollar store from my hometown. It is also massive and has lots to choose from. I bought some Christmas items for the house and gift wrapping. Price can’t be beat for nyc!”

“HomeGoods is one of those stores where you can walk in without looking for anything specific and still find something worth taking home. There are always deals to be had, and the selection is constantly changing, which makes it interesting to browse.
The downside is that it can be difficult to find someone on the floor when you actually need help. Sometimes you’re on your own trying to find an item or get an answer.
Still, I enjoy visiting here. The selection keeps things interesting to keep me coming back.”

“Love all of the Pearl River Mart locations, like this one, for finding unique, sometimes zany things/gifts. I've picked up funny t-shirts for myself and family members and friends, hilarious kitchen towels, and more over the years. While they do carry a lot of cheaper, knock-off Asian goods, it's worth stopping by to see the more kitsch items and maybe by something that will make you laugh.”

“This branch in Queens is far less crowded compared to other areas. It’s already Friday evening, and the store is empty. Most of the items are well-maintained, and the staff is always in a good mood. I always love to come here whenever we’re buying something for our home.”

Claudia is truly top-notch! She is professional, thoughtful, and always keeps her word. She remembered that I was looking for specific storage boxes and let me know when new ones arrived. When I came back the next day, she had pulled out the most gorgeous storage boxes I've ever seen at the Bayside HomeGoods. She went above and beyond by showing me all the new arrivals, and I ended up buying every one she recommended!
When I got home, I was so excited to organize everything. The storage boxes fit all of my pants and shirts perfectly and made everything look so neat and beautiful.
This is hands down the BEST HomeGoods in Bayside! The team truly cares about their customers and knows their inventory better than any other HomeGoods I've visited. “The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”
