“I very much appreciate the help John gave in finding the curtains we needed. Although we ended up going a different route with curtains, John showed incredible character in making sure that he put our needs above his own, which says alot about him and the company. And that is exactly why you should start with him and East Greenbush Window Coverings for your window needs.”

“We had an excellent experience from beginning to end! Selection is great and we found everything we were looking for! Sales people were present but not pushy. Justin was our sales person and he was very professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Bob's if you haven't checked it out reasonable prices and financing options.”

“The salesperson, Mel Corigliano was amazing! I have been to all furniture stores in the area the one difference was Mel! I would definitely recommend her and the store itself was clean and nicely organized.”
“TJ was personable, knowledgeable, fun to visit with and quick to help. He informed and answered questions and did not bat an eye eith a last minute upgrade over the phone after the sale. Excellent service.”
“Great shop, great stuff, great experience nothing further to say. If you have the opportunity to purchase from them or use the florist do not hesitate. They are kind and generous people that clearly love what they do and that alone should bring a smile to your face just talking with them.”
“The soap here is bar non. Pun intended. I particularly get a lot of benefit from the pine tar soap. Clears up any dry skin, keeps my hair soft, and makes my tattoos sharper. I feel the prices are very fair, and if you store the soap properly and ration it, they will keep for a long time!”
“I work nearby and have stopped in for every reason imaginable - last minute gifts, cards to console or celebrate, etc. My favorite oven mitt even came from here. I always find something to fit the occasion, and both the owner and staff are friendly and warm without being too on top of you. Highly recommend!”

The prices for the last year, since new management have gone way up.
Selection is different, haven't bought anything last 4 visits.
I go there to buy, can't find anything Delores is missed.”

“We had an amazing experience working with Steven Dean. He did a fantastic job transforming our family room and also provided invaluable help with our kitchen project. What impressed us most was how well he listened to everything we said. He truly understood our vision and brought it to life perfectly. If you want a designer who listens to your needs and delivers beautiful results, look no further!”

“My wife and I were in Troy, NY visiting friends over this past weekend. We make it point to always go to the Downtown Farmers Market and we came upon The Weathered Wood Storefront and it's unique Wood Arches and other woodworks that are handmaid by Danny. We met and spoke to Danny about his work and his past life which he was very candid and comfortable talking about. What a nice, personable guy and his stunning, successful art/craft speaks volumes about him and his appreciation for life. He is a true giant physically and inspirationally. Of course, I now have purchased his book(Amazon) and I'm looking forward to reading it as soon as I get it.”
“Great business. Went above and beyond to help me. They treated me the way every business should. Refreshing to know there are still businesses out there who know how to serve their customers.Recommend this business for everything.”
“Moira is a wonderful Ace Associate. Moira said hello to me when I entered the store and asked me if I need help find anything. Sincerely, Marilyn Birmingham”

“What an amazing experience, especially with their Christmas decor. I was briefly whisked back to childhood. What an amazing feeling. The array of items and the quality makes for a great combination. Enjoy the experience seeing how it comes, but once a year!”
“Amazing place. It recalled my hobbies with scale model cars, lego's etc., and those were the times. If you walk inside this superstore, you are sure to get lost and start reminiscing.
Shelf after shelf of items that will tempt you. I am traveling so difficult for me to pick up items I want. However, I still managed to find several items worth taking home.
Best part? price. They are so reasonable. The staff are admirably friendly and helpful. A great place to buy Halloween stuff and other party and home hobbies. If you plan on home decor, then this place has a good collection.
All in all, a fun place to be.”

“Worth checking out if you're going to the World Cup watching parties in Troy.
UPDATE: Now that the World Cup is over, it could still be worth checking out this store if you are in downtown Troy. The store hours are limited, but they have won awards for window decoration, so their display may be worth viewing even if they're closed.”
“I have needed to ask for help with my small chain saw and feeder. Each time they were friendly and very helpful. Even instructed me on how to take care of each myself.
Highly recommend them gir your needs”
“I love the store, lots to chose from. Great options, but your cashier staff is not great. Had an unpleasant experience with a young lady at the cash register which was uncalled for. I did email customer service about the experience. I have worked customer service for many years and nothing taints your shopping experience more than a poor check-out experience.”
“I bought my battery powered EGO snowblower from Amazon, but it didn't start. I brought it, under warranty to Hatchet, and got it back in under 2 weeks in good working order. They did a splendid job. I'll go back to them for my hardware needs.”

“Sam at HomeGoods was absolutely amazing and so incredibly sweet. I came in feeling completely clueless trying to pick out curtains and curtain rods for my bedroom, and she spent so much time helping me and giving me thoughtful opinions and advice. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. You can tell she really enjoys helping customers feel comfortable and confident. Such a lovely person and such a positive experience because of her. Shoutout to Sam for being so wonderful 🤍”
